A computer communicably coupled to an image forming apparatus sends paper information specified for a print job, and a print setting information that is used when the paper information does not match any one of a plurality of paper information of the paper set in a plurality of trays of the image forming apparatus. A processor of the image forming apparatus determines the paper on which an image specified for the print job is formed based at least in part on the paper information specified for the print job, the plurality of paper information of the paper set in the plurality of trays and the print setting information.

What is claimed is: 1. An image forming system, comprising: an image forming apparatus including a processor, and a plurality of trays in which recording media are set; and a computer communicably coupled to the image forming apparatus, wherein the computer is configured to display a first display screen from which first setting information is input, and a second display screen from which second setting information is input, and to send the first and second setting information respectively input from the first and second display screens to the processor of the image forming apparatus, wherein the first setting information includes print setting information that is used in a case in which medium size information specified for a print job does not match any one of a plurality of medium sizes of the recording media set in the plurality of trays, wherein the second setting information includes the medium size information specified for each print job, wherein the processor is configured to perform a process that includes determining a medium size of the recording medium on which an image specified for the print job is to be formed, based at least in part on the medium size information specified for the print job, the plurality of medium sizes of the recording media set in the plurality of trays, and the print setting information in a case in which the medium size information specified for the print job does not match any one of the plurality of medium sizes of the recording media set in the plurality of trays, and wherein the image forming apparatus forms the image on the recording medium having a substitute size in a case in which the processor determines that the image is to be formed on the recording medium having the substitute size. 2. The image forming system as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the processor performs the process that further includes changing a size of the image to be formed on the recording medium based on the print setting information in the case in which the medium size information specified for the print job does not match any one of the plurality of medium sizes of the recording media set in the plurality of trays. 3. The image forming system as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the print setting information sets the size of the image to be formed on the recording medium in the case in which the medium size information specified for the print job does not match any one of the plurality of medium sizes of the recording media set in the plurality of trays. 4. The image forming system as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the image forming apparatus further includes a plurality of detectors configured to detect medium sizes of the recording media set in the plurality of trays, respectively, and wherein the processor performs the process that further includes determining the recording medium on which the image specified for the print job is to be formed, from the recording media set in the plurality of trays, based on the medium size information specified for the print job, the medium sizes detected by the plurality of detectors, and the print setting information. 5. The image forming system as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the processor performs the process further including displaying an error in a case in which the recording medium on which the image specified for the print job is to be formed cannot be determined from the recording media set in the plurality of trays based on the medium size information specified for the print job, the recording medium sizes detected by the plurality of detectors, and the print setting information. 6. The image forming system as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the processor receives the first setting information that is input from the first display screen before receiving the second setting information that is input from the second display screen. 7. An image forming system, comprising: an image forming apparatus including a processor, a plurality of trays in which recording media are set, and a printer; and a computer communicably coupled to the image forming apparatus, wherein the computer is configured to display a first display screen urging a user to input first setting information that includes print setting information that is used in a case in which medium size information specified for a print job does not match any one of a plurality of medium sizes of the recording media set in the plurality of trays, wherein the computer is configured to display a second display screen urging the user to input second setting information that includes the medium size information specified for each print job, wherein the computer is configured to send, to the processor of the image forming apparatus, the first setting information input from the first display screen and the second setting information input from the second display screen, wherein the processor is configured to perform a process that includes determining a recording medium on which an image specified by the print job is to be printed, based at least in part on the medium size information specified for the print job, the plurality of medium sizes of the recording media set in the plurality of trays, and the print setting information in a case in which the medium size information specified for the print job does not match any one of the plurality of medium sizes of the recording media set in the plurality of trays, and wherein the printer of the image forming apparatus prints the image on the recording medium having a substitute size in a case in which the processor determines that the image is to be printed on the recording medium having the substitute size. 8. The image forming system as claimed in claim 7 , wherein the processor receives the first setting information that is input from the first display screen before receiving the second setting information that is input from the second display screen. 9. An image forming apparatus, comprising: a plurality of paper holders configured to hold paper; an interface configured to communicate with a computer, wherein the computer has a first state to display a first display screen, and a second state to display a second display screen; a memory configured to store print setting information by received from the computer via the interface; and a processor configured to: receive, via the interface communicating with the computer, first setting information input from the first display screen, wherein the first setting information includes the print setting information that is used in a case in which paper size information specified for a print job does not match any one of a plurality of paper sizes of the paper held by the plurality of paper holders; receive, via the interface communicating with the computer, second setting information input from the second screen, wherein the second setting information includes the paper size information specified for each print job; determine whether any of the plurality of paper holders includes paper having a paper size corresponding to the paper size information specified for the print job; and determine the paper on which an image corresponding to the print job is to be formed using the print setting information and the paper size information stored in the memory in a case in which the paper size information specified for the print job is determined not to correspond to the paper size of any of the plurality of paper holders, wherein the image forming apparatus forms the image on the paper having a substitute size, when the processor determines that the image is to be formed on the paper having the substitute size. 10. The image forming apparatus as claimed in claim 9 , wherein the processor is further configured to: change
