Abstract

Official abstract text for this publication.

An electronic device of an embodiment of the disclosure includes a first substrate, a second substrate, and a driving layer. The first substrate and the second substrate are disposed opposite to each other, and the driving layer is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The driving layer includes a scan line and a data line. The scan line is disposed on the first substrate and includes a first scan line segment. The first scan line segment has an opening and includes a first branch and a second branch. The first branch and the second branch are located on two opposite sides of the opening and are electrically connected in parallel with each other. The data line is disposed on the first substrate and intersects with the scan line. The electronic device of the embodiment of the disclosure may exhibit ideal display effect.

What is claimed is: 1. An electronic device comprising: a first substrate; a first conductive line disposed on the first substrate; a second conductive line disposed on the first conductive line and electrically connected to the first conductive line through a via; and a metal oxide semiconductor crossed the first conductive line and the second conductive line. 2. The electronic device according to claim 1 , wherein the first conductive line extends along a first direction, the first conductive line has a protrusion portion protruding in a second direction and the first direction is different from the second direction. 3. The electronic device according to claim 1 , wherein the first conductive line and the second conductive line both extend along a first direction, a maximum width of the first conductive line in a second direction is different from a maximum width of the second conductive line in the second direction and the first direction is different from the second direction. 4. The electronic device according to claim 3 , wherein the maximum width of the first conductive line in the second direction is larger than the maximum width of the second conductive line in the second direction. 5. The electronic device according to claim 1 , further comprising a driving layer, wherein the driving layer further comprises two further vias connected to the metal oxide semiconductor layer and the two further vias connected to the metal oxide semiconductor layer are respectively located at two different sides of the first conductive line as well as two different sides of the second conductive line. 6. The electronic device according to claim 1 , wherein the first conductive line and the second conductive line are configured to transfer a scan signal. 7. The electronic device according to claim 1 , further comprising a connection electrode connected between the first conductive line and the second conductive line. 8. The electronic device according to claim 1 , further comprising a medium layer disposed on the first substrate and a material of the medium layer comprises an organic luminescent material. 9. The electronic device according to claim 8 , further comprising a second substrate on the medium layer. 10. An electronic device comprising: a first substrate; a first conductive line disposed on the first substrate, extending along a first direction, and having a protrusion portion protruding along a second direction different from the first direction; a second conductive line overlapped the first conductive line and extending along the first direction; a semiconductor overlapping the protruding portion of the first conductive line; and two vias connected to the semiconductor and the two vias are respectively located at two different sides of the first conductive line as well as two different sides of the second conductive line. 11. The electronic device according to claim 10 , wherein a material of the semiconductor comprises a metal oxide semiconductor. 12. The electronic device according to claim 10 , wherein a maximum width of the first conductive line in the second direction is different from a maximum width of the second conductive line in the second direction and the first direction is different from the second direction. 13. The electronic device according to claim 12 , wherein the maximum width of the first conductive line in the second direction is larger than the maximum width of the second conductive line in the second direction. 14. The electronic device according to claim 10 , wherein the first conductive line and the second conductive line are configured to transfer a scan signal. 15. The electronic device according to claim 10 , wherein the first conductive line is disposed between the second conductive line and the first substrate. 16. The electronic device according to claim 10 , further comprising a medium layer disposed on the first substrate and a material of the medium layer comprises an organic luminescent material. 17. The electronic device according to claim 16 , further comprising a second substrate on the medium layer.
