What is claimed is: 1. A polypeptide composition comprising one or more of the following: (a) an isolated polypeptide that is no more than 50 amino acids in length comprising one or more amino acid sequences selected from the group consisting of: SEQ ID NO:3; SEQ ID NO:4; SEQ ID NO:8; SEQ ID NO:9; SEQ ID NO:10; and SEQ ID NO:11; or (b) an isolated polypeptide that is at least 95% identical to the polypeptide of (a); and wherein the one or more isolated polypeptide(s) are bound to a solid support. 2. The polypeptide composition of claim 1 , wherein said isolated polypeptide is dispersed in a pharmaceutically acceptable diluent. 3. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the polypeptide of (a) comprises the amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of: SEQ ID NO:3 and SEQ ID NO:4. 4. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the polypeptide of (a) comprises the amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of: SEQ ID NO: 8; SEQ ID NO:9; SEQ ID NO:10; and SEQ ID NO:11. 5. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the polypeptide of (a) comprises the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO:8. 6. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the polypeptide of (a) comprises the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO:9. 7. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the polypeptide of (a) comprises the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO:10. 8. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the polypeptide of (a) comprises the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO:11. 9. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the polypeptide of (a) comprises the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO:3. 10. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the polypeptide of (a) comprises the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO:4. 11. A kit, housed in a suitable container, comprising the polypeptide composition of claim 1 . 12. The polypeptide composition of claim 1 , wherein the isolated polypeptide consists of one or more amino acid sequences selected from the group consisting of: SEQ ID NO:8; SEQ ID NO:9; SEQ ID NO:10; and SEQ ID NO:11. 13. The polypeptide composition of claim 1 , wherein the isolated polypeptide is less than 30 amino acids in length and comprises (a) an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO:8; SEQ ID NO:9; SEQ ID NO:10; and SEQ ID NO:11; or (b) an isolated polypeptide that is at least 95% identical to the polypeptide of (a). 14. The polypeptide composition of claim 1 , wherein the solid support is a microtiter well, nitrocellulose sheet, immunoblot membrane or column matrix.
