Forms of interaction with an electronic system, such as for games of chance, games of skill, and combinations thereof are described herein. A system is provided for effecting defined game play and prizing structure parameters in an electronic entertainment environment. The system may include an input for receiving the parameters, a memory coupled to the input for storing the parameters, a processing system coupled to the storage for generating game play to effect the defined parameters, storage for recording information regarding particular game play events and an interface for at least presenting game play events to users of the electronic entertainment system. In one mode of operation, one or more mandated parameters are externally imposed, and variable parameters are selected such that the mandated parameters are met globally, and such that the user experience is optimized.

What is claimed: 1. A system for dynamically varying game play parameters in an electronic environment, over a communications network between multiple users of the system at multiple locations and a remote location including a play engine, the users utilizing communication devices, the communication devices having input capability and generate an output corresponding to the input, the users utilizing first electronic communications devices having first display capabilities and first local memory and second electronic communication devices having second display capabilities and second local memory, the first display capabilities being different than the first display capabilities, comprising: a processor, memory to: store mandated and programmable variable parameters for use in the course of game play, wherein, the mandated parameters represent parameters which must be achieved by the system as a whole, and the programmable variable parameters represent parameters characterizing at least a prizing structure, record game play information regarding particular game play events, and store player's club information, including at least (i) player identification information, and (ii) an amount of player points, a communication system for coupling incoming and outgoing communications between the system and the first communication devices and the second communication devices, program storage, coupled to the communication system, for storing a downloadable game application program, the program being coupled through the communication system as output from the system to the first local memory of the first communication devices and the second local memory of the second communication devices, the downloadable game application program providing enhanced graphical display capabilities to the first display capabilities and the second display capabilities, a play engine coupled to the memory and operating with the processor to: implement first programmable variable parameters to provide a first game play experience, modify one or more programmable variable parameters to provide second programmable variable parameters providing a second game play experience, wherein the first game play experience differs from the second game play experience, and utilize the first and second programmable variable parameters to achieve the mandated parameters through at least the first and second game play experiences, a decision engine coupled to the memory and operating with the processor to: (i) analyze game play as a function of the recorded information regarding particular game play events, and (ii) determine the selection of the first or second programmable variable parameters utilizing the recorded game play information with predefined criteria including at least a prizing structure, a display system for displaying at least the player club points, the display system providing variable resolution images depending upon the first display capabilities of the first electronic communication devices and the second display capabilities of the second communication devices, and a system input for receiving player input. 2. The system for electronic game play of claim 1 wherein the player's club information includes a monetary amount. 3. The system for electronic game play of claim 1 wherein the player's club information includes information on non-cash items. 4. The system for electronic game play of claim 3 wherein the player's club information includes information on non-cash item is an image. 5. The system for electronic game play of claim 1 wherein the first and second variable parameters utilize game play information across multiple users devices. 6. The system for electronic game play of claim 1 wherein the game play information includes information on the users geography and limits game play to a given geography. 7. The system for electronic game play of claim 1 wherein the game play information includes information tracking the users play. 8. The system for electronic game play of claim 1 wherein the prizing structure is modified by modifying the number of winning users. 9. The system for electronic game play of claim 1 wherein the prizing structure is modified by modifying bonus prizing. 10. The system for electronic game play of claim 1 wherein the prizing structure is modified by modifying awarding of non-cash prizes. 11. The system for electronic game play of claim 1 wherein the processor enforces a limit on the amount of game play by the users. 12. The system for electronic game play of claim 11 wherein the limit on the amount of game play by the user is based on time. 13. The system for electronic game play of claim 11 wherein the limit on the amount of game play is based on a monetary amount. 14. The system for electronic game play of claim 1 wherein the decision engine for game analytics tracks user specific play. 15. The system for electronic game play of claim 1 wherein the decision engine for game analytics utilizes demographics. 16. The system for electronic game play of claim 1 wherein the predefined criteria is a predefined prizing criteria. 17. The system for electronic game play of claim 1 wherein the predefined criteria is the number of wins. 18. The system for electronic game play of claim 1 wherein the predefined criteria is the win rate. 19. The system for electronic game play of claim 1 wherein the predefined criteria is the amount of time played. 20. The system for electronic game play of claim 1 wherein the predefined criteria is the amount paid out.
