The invention claimed is: 1. A method of operation of a vehicle comprising a plurality of ground engagement members, a power system operatively coupled to at least one of the plurality of ground engagement members to power movement of the vehicle, the method of operation of the vehicle comprising the steps of: recording ride data during the operation of the vehicle during a first ride, the recorded ride data including sensor data associated with the power system of the vehicle; recording navigation data during the operation of the vehicle during the first ride, the navigation data including location data; authorizing the recorded ride data and the recorded navigation data to be shared between a plurality of user accounts over a wireless network; storing the recorded ride data and the recorded navigation data in a database, the stored recorded ride data and the stored recorded navigation data being associated with a first user account; and adjusting a performance parameter of the vehicle based on a portion of the recorded ride data and the recorded navigation data. 2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the step of authorizing the recorded ride data and the recorded navigation data to be shared between the plurality of user accounts over the wireless network includes the step of setting a share flag associated with the first ride to a first value. 3. The method of claim 2 , wherein the first value of the share flag associated with the first ride is set to public. 4. The method of claim 2 , further comprising the steps of: recording ride data during the operation of the vehicle during a second ride, the recorded ride data including sensor data associated with the power system of the vehicle; recording navigation data during the operation of the vehicle during the second ride, the navigation data including location data; setting a share flag associated with the first ride to a second value not authorizing the recorded ride data and the recorded navigation data of the second ride to be shared between the plurality of user accounts over the wireless network; and storing the recorded ride data and the recorded navigation data in the database, the stored recorded ride data and the stored recorded navigation data being associated with the first user account. 5. The method of claim 1 , wherein the ride data includes at least one of vehicle speed, vehicle acceleration, throttle position, engine rpm data, fuel economy, average vehicle speed, maximum vehicle speed, number of braking instances, time, ambient temperature, and engine temperature. 6. The method of claim 1 , further comprising the steps of: associating pictures with the stored recorded ride data and the stored recorded navigation data of the first ride; and storing the pictures in the database with the stored recorded ride data and the stored recorded navigation data of the first ride. 7. The method of claim 1 , further comprising the steps of: associating video with the stored recorded ride data and the stored recorded navigation data of the first ride; and storing the video in the database with the stored recorded ride data and the stored recorded navigation data of the first ride. 8. The method of claim 1 , further comprising the steps of: associating descriptive text with the stored recorded ride data and the stored recorded navigation data of the first ride; and storing the descriptive text in the database with the stored recorded ride data and the stored recorded navigation data of the first ride. 9. The method of claim 1 , further comprising the steps of: associating maps with the stored recorded ride data and the stored recorded navigation data of the first ride; and storing the maps in the database with the stored recorded ride data and the stored recorded navigation data of the first ride. 10. The method of claim 1 , wherein the performance parameter of the vehicle is associated with at least one of a weight and a biasing member of a continuously variable transmission.
