A carbody support device of a railway vehicle, including support mechanisms installed between a front bogie and a carbody and between a rear bogie and the carbody in a traveling direction, and supporting the carbody against the respective bogies. The support mechanisms regulate both the front bogie and the rear bogie inclining in the same vehicle width direction with respect to the carbody when the railway vehicle travels through a curve, while the support mechanisms permit the front bogie and the rear bogie inclining in different vehicle width directions.

The invention claimed is: 1. A carbody support device of a railway vehicle comprising support mechanisms respectively installed between a front bogie and a carbody and between a rear bogie and the carbody in a traveling direction, and supporting the carbody against the respective bogies, each bogie including wheels arranged on both sides of a respective front and rear of the vehicle; the support mechanisms comprising: a first anti rolling bar provided under the carbody and extending in vehicle longitudinal directions from the front bogie side; a second anti rolling bar provided under the carbody and extending in the vehicle longitudinal directions from the rear bogie side; a reversing mechanism coupling the first anti rolling bar to the second anti rolling bar at ends facing to the opposite bogies and for reversing rotating directions of the first and second anti rolling bars about respective axes, the support mechanisms being configured such that: when only one bogie of the front bogie and the rear bogie is inclined with respect to the carbody in a vehicle width direction, one of the first anti rolling bar and the second anti rolling bar is twisted in a first twisting direction with a first rolling force that the one bogie receives, and the other of the first anti rolling bar and the second anti rolling bar is twisted in a second twisting direction opposite the first twisting direction with a second rolling force reversed by the reversing mechanism, so that the support mechanisms mechanically incline the one of the front bogie and the rear bogie in a first width direction and incline the other of the front bogie and the rear bogie in a second width direction opposite the first width direction; and when both the front bogie and the rear bogie are inclined in the same width direction with respect to the carbody, both the first anti rolling bar and the second anti rolling bar are twisted in the same direction, so that the support mechanisms mechanically regulate inclination of the front bogie and the rear bogie in the same width direction. 2. The carbody support device of claim 1 , wherein the support mechanisms include: a first support member extending in vehicle longitudinal direction, and coupling a first end of the front bogie to a first end of the rear bogie; and a second support member extending in the vehicle longitudinal direction, and coupling a second end of the front bogie that is opposite the first end of the front bogie to a second end of the rear bogie that is opposite the first end of the rear bogie, and wherein the first support member and the second support member regulate both the front bogie and the rear bogie inclining in the same vehicle width direction with respect to the carbody, and permit the front bogie and the rear bogie to incline in different directions. 3. The carbody support device of claim 1 , wherein the reversing mechanism is a linkage mechanism for reversing each rotating direction of the first and second anti rolling bars. 4. The carbody support device of claim 1 , wherein the reversing mechanism includes gears for reversing each rotating direction of the first and second anti rolling bars. 5. A railway vehicle comprising the carbody support device of claim 1 . 6. The carbody support device of claim 1 , wherein each of the front and rear bogies has a bogie frame where an air spring is provided on an upper surface of the bogie frame on both sides in the vehicle width direction. 7. The carbody support device of claim 6 , the support mechanisms further comprising: a diagonal beam provided between the air springs and the carbody corresponding to the front bogie and the rear bogie, respectively, and each of the diagonal beams extending in the vehicle width direction and rollably supported by the carbody at the center in the vehicle width direction, the diagonal beam having a front diagonal beam and a rear diagonal beam; a front side coupling support mechanism coupling the front diagonal beam to the first anti rolling bar, for twisting the first anti rolling bar in response to rolling of the front diagonal beam; and a rear side coupling support mechanism coupling tile rear diagonal beam to the second anti rolling bar, for twisting the second anti rolling bar in response to rolling of the rear diagonal beam. 8. The carbody support device of claim 6 , the support mechanisms further comprising: a front side coupling support mechanism coupling the first anti rolling bar to the front bogie, for twisting the first anti rolling bar in response to rolling of the front bogie; a rear side coupling support mechanism coupling the second anti rolling bar to the rear bogie, for twisting the second anti rolling bar in response to rolling of the rear bogie, a coupling piping communicating the air springs on both sides in the vehicle width direction of the front and rear bogies, respectively; and a leveling device causing air inhalation and exhalation of the air springs on both sides in the vehicle width direction to adjust the heights of the air springs of the front and rear bogies. 9. The carbody support device of claim 1 , the carbody further comprising a center pin extending downwardly at each location corresponding to the front and rear bogies, respectively. 10. The carbody support device of claim 9 , wherein: each of the front and rear bogies includes a bogie frame and a bolster having a center pivot at a center of the bolster in the vehicle width direction, the bolster being provided at an upper part of the bogie frame, each of the bolsters is configured to roll with respect to the carbody about the center point. 11. The carbody support device of claim 10 , the support mechanisms further comprising: a front side coupling support mechanism coupling the first anti rolling bar to the bolster of the front bogie, for twisting the first anti rolling bar in response to rolling of the bolster of the front bogie; and a rear side coupling support mechanism coupling the second anti rolling bar to the bolster of the rear bogie, for twisting the second anti rolling bar in response to rolling of the bolster of the rear bogie.
