The invention claimed is: 1. A filtering device for removing particles from a bodily fluid of a patient, the filtering device being implantable in the patient's body and comprising: a tube forming a main fluid passageway for bodily fluid, through which the bodily fluid of the patient passes when the tube is implanted in the patient, a filter connected to the tube and, when in use, arranged for filtering the bodily fluid passing through said main fluid passageway and collecting said particles to be removed passing through the tube, and a filter cleaning device for cleaning the filter, the filter cleaning device being in contact with the filter and configured to remove particles from the filter via a movement of the filter cleaning device, and an implantable chamber arranged and adapted for receiving the removed particles from said filter cleaning device via the movement of the filter cleaning device, wherein the filter comprises a plurality of openings configured to allow the bodily fluid to pass through the filter. 2. The device according to claim 1 , wherein the cleaning device is powered by a motor. 3. The device according to claim 1 , wherein the cleaning device is adapted to move said particles away from the fluid passageway. 4. The device according to claim 1 , wherein the cleaning device is adapted to move particles to a location within the body of the patient. 5. The device according to claim 1 , wherein a material and/or surface of the filter cleaning device is adapted to allow the filter cleaning device to remove particles from the filter in the presence of the fibrotic capsula covering the cleaning device when implanted. 6. The device according to claim 1 , wherein the filter comprises a rotating member. 7. The device according to claim 1 , wherein the cleaning device is adapted to slice, push or scratch away any particles from the filter. 8. The device according to claim 1 wherein the cleaning device is adapted to suck away any particles from the filter. 9. The device according to claim 1 , wherein the cleaning device comprises a first piston. 10. The device according to claim 9 , wherein an outer end portion of the first piston is provided with a first recess. 11. The device according to claim 9 , wherein the first piston is provided with a plurality of channels for accommodating the filter in an extended position of said first piston. 12. The device according to claim 9 , wherein the first piston is movable in a direction perpendicular to the direction of the flow passageway. 13. The device according to claim 12 , wherein the first piston during movement is arranged to take away any particles from the filter. 14. The device according to claim 12 , comprising a source of pressurized fluid controlling the movement of the first piston. 15. The device according to claim 12 , comprising an electric motor controlling the movement of the first piston. 16. The device according to claim 12 , comprising a solenoid controlling the movement of the first piston. 17. The device according to claim 12 , comprising a second piston provided across the flow passageway from the first piston. 18. The device according to claim 17 , wherein the second piston is movable in a direction essentially perpendicular to the direction of the flow passageway. 19. The device according to claim 17 , wherein the second piston is spring biased in the direction of the first piston. 20. The device according to claim 17 , wherein an outer end portion of the second piston is provided with a second recess. 21. The device according to claim 1 , comprising at least one of: a wireless remote control, wherein the filtering device is adapted to non-invasively have at least one of its functions regulated by said wireless remote control, a wireless energy receiver, wherein the filtering device is adapted to non-invasively he energized by said wireless energy receiver, and a wireless energy transmitter adapted to non-invasively energize the cleaning device. 22. The device according to claim 1 , comprising a functional parameter sensor for sensing a functional parameter of the filtering device or a physical parameter sensor for sensing a physical parameter of the patient. 23. The device according to claim 22 , comprising a feedback device for sending information from inside the patient's body to the outside thereof to give feedback information related to the functional parameter or the physical parameter. 24. A filtering device configured for removing particles from a bodily fluid of a patient, the filtering device configured fur implantation into the patient's body, the filtering device comprising: a tube comprising a main fluid passageway from an inlet to an outlet of the filtering device of a bodily fluid, and further comprising first and second openings to a first and second apertures provided in a housing of the filtering device extending substantially perpendicular relative the longitudinal axis of the fluid main passageway between the inlet and the outlet, a first piston provided within the first aperture when being in a retracted position and, in an extended position, movable through and substantially perpendicular to, the main fluid passageway within the tube, the first piston comprising: a plurality of channels as a first part of the cleaning device for accommodating portions of a filter provided between the first and second openings of the first and second apertures when the first piston is in the extended position extending through the main fluid passageway between the first opening and the second openings of the first and second apertures; through holes each having an axis substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the main fluid passageway and configured to allow a flow through the main fluid passageway of the bodily fluid through the filter when the first piston is in the extended position: an outer end portion facing the main fluid passageway provided with a first recess, as a second part of the cleaning device, configured to extend into the main fluid passageway with the first piston in the extended position to collect said particles filtered by said filter into a cavity formed by the first piston and a second piston within the second aperture opposite said first aperture when in an extended position; the filter having a least one portion, each portion substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the tube and substantially covering the main fluid passageway between the first and second openings of the first and second apertures, the filter being configured to filter the particles from the bodily fluid passing through the main fluid passageway of the tube, the first and second parts of the filter cleaning device provided in the first piston and configured for cleaning the filter, the filter cleaning device being in contact with the filter and configured to remove particles from the filter, where the first piston is configured to move from the retracted position to the extended position, such that the channels as the first part of the filter cleaning device and the recess of the outer end portion as the second part of the filter cleaning device remove the particles from the at least one portion of the filter into the aperture and then into the recess in order to clean the filter, the removed particles collected in the cavity within the second recess; the cavity for receiving the removed particles, the cavity further being configured to h
