1 . An apparatus for drainage of a body fluid in a human or mammal patient, comprising: a drainage device, an energy source adapted to supply energy to said drainage device, and at least one connecting tube connected to said drainage device, the drainage device and the tube forming a drainage arrangement, wherein the drainage arrangement is adapted to be implanted inside the body of the patient, and wherein said tube interconnects one part of the body with another part of the body and said drainage device is adapted to suck body fluid from the one part of the body via the connecting tube to the other part of the body and wherein the device includes an expanding reservoir comprising: a bellow having an inlet with an inlet return valve and an outlet with an outlet return valve, a member adapted to move the bellow to expand to suck fluid, and a motor adapted to compress the bellow and move fluid out, wherein said drainage device is adapted to repeat the sucking and moving of fluid to substantially constantly suck fluid when not moving fluid to the other part of the body. 2 . The apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the connecting tube is adapted to have the size, shape and configuration adapted to a specific treatment area of the one and/or the other part of the body. 3 . The apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the drainage device includes a pump comprising a bellow provided with one inlet having an inlet return valve and one outlet having an outlet return valve and further comprising a motor adapted to move the bellow to compress the bellow and pump out via the outlet. 4 . An apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the drainage device includes a pump comprising a bellow provided with one inlet having an inlet return valve and one outlet with an outlet return valve and further comprising a motor adapted to expand the bellow to suck from the inlet. 5 . The apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein said drainage device constantly sucks fluid using a pre-tensioned load when not moving fluid to the other part of the body. 6 . The apparatus according to claim 5 , wherein said pre-tensioned load comprises a spring loaded by a motor. 7 . The apparatus according to claim 1 , further, comprising an energy source adapted to supply energy to said bellow. 8 . 8 . The apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the connecting tube is adapted to have the size, shape and configuration adapted to a specific treatment area of the one and/or the another part of the body. 9 . The apparatus according to claim 8 , wherein said bellow comprises an inlet with an inlet return valve and an outlet with an outlet return valve and further comprising a passive spring adapted to move the bellow to expand to suck from the inlet, the bellow further being associated with a motor adapted to compress the bellow and move fluid out from the outlet and thereby pre-tensioning said spring, said drainage device further being adapted to repeat the sucking and moving of fluid to substantially constantly suck fluid when not moving fluid to another part of the body. 10 . An apparatus for drainage of a body fluid with the body of a human or mammal patient, comprising: a pump, an energy source adapted to supply energy to said pump, at least one tube connected to said pump the tube and pump are adapted to be placed inside the body without any mechanical connection to the outside through the skin, and wherein said pump is adapted to pump body fluid from on part of the body, in a fluid passageway, to another part of the body using power from said energy source, wherein said fluid passageway is provided with a cleaning device. 11 . The apparatus according to claim 10 , wherein the connecting tube is adapted to have the size, shape and configuration adapted to a specific treatment area of the one and/or the another part of the body. 12 . An apparatus for drainage of a body fluid within the body of a human or mammal patient, comprising: a drainage device, a cleaning device an energy source adapted to supply energy to said drainage device, at least one first connecting tube connected to said drainage device adapted to drain urine from the urine accumulating renal part of the kidney, and a second connecting tube adapted to be connected to the urine bladder, the first and second connecting tubes and the drainage device being implantable in the body adapted to move urine from the renal kidney to the urine bladder, using power from said energy source. 13 . The apparatus according to claim 12 , wherein the energy source is adapted to receive energy via wireless ultrasound transmission. 14 . The apparatus according to claim 12 , wherein the cleaning device is adapted to move away cleaned matter. 15 . The apparatus according to claim 12 , wherein the tube end in the delivery area is provided with a net structure, 16 . The apparatus according to claim 15 , wherein the net structure is sealed around the tube, 17 . The apparatus according to claim 15 , wherein the net structure is provided with holes having a diameter adapted to be overgrown by tissue. 18 . The apparatus according to claim 12 , wherein the at least one first connecting tube is adapted to have the size, shape and configuration adapted to have the size, shape and configuration to drain urine from the urine accumulating renal part of the kidney. 19 . An apparatus for drainage of a body fluid in a human or mammal patient, comprising: a drainage a device an energy source adapted to supply energy to said drainage device at least one first connecting tube connected to said drainage device adapted to drain liquid from the a hydrocephalus in the brain area, and at least one second connecting tube adapted to be connected to the abdomen, the at least one first and second connecting tubes and the drainage device being adapted to be implanted inside the body, the drainage device further being adapted to move liquid from the hydrocephalus to the abdomen, using power from said energy source. 20 . The apparatus according to claim 19 , wherein the at least one first connecting tube is adapted to have the size, shape and configuration adapted to drain liquid from the hydrocephalus in the brain area. 21 . The apparatus according to claim 19 , further comprising a cleaning device. 22 . The apparatus according to claim 21 , wherein the cleaning device is adapted to move away cleaned matter. 23 . The apparatus according to claim 21 , wherein the tube end in the delivery area is provided with a net structure. 24 . The apparatus according to claim 23 , wherein the net structure is sealed around the tube. 25 .
