What is claimed is: 1. Inhaler for insertion into a nostril, comprising: an inhalation valve which has a movable valve element, and a discharge nozzle, wherein the valve element is configured in an annular manner and has an outer edge and an inner edge, wherein the valve element is fastened in the inhalation valve at the outer edge, wherein the inner edge of the valve element forms an outer boundary of a through opening of the valve element, wherein the inhalation valve has a valve body seat that corresponds to the inner edge, and wherein the discharge nozzle is arranged in the through opening of the valve element so that the valve element and valve body are out of a path of medicament flowing to, through and out of said discharge nozzle, wherein the inhalation valve is configured as a one-way or non-return valve that enables inflowing of ambient air from outside of the inhaler through the inhalation valve and prevents exiting of air from the inhaler though the inhalation valve. 2. Inhaler according to claim 1 , wherein the discharge nozzle is at least one of taken up in the inhalation valve and is surrounded by the inhalation valve. 3. Inhaler according to claim 1 , wherein at least one of an opening of the discharge nozzle is arranged downstream from a valve plane that is formed by the valve body seat, and a dispensing direction of the discharge nozzle essentially corresponds to a direction of air flow through the inhalation valve. 4. Inhaler according to claim 1 , wherein the valve body seat has a sealing edge or sealing lip which is configured for accommodating or guiding-through of the discharge nozzle. 5. Inhaler according to claim 1 , wherein the valve element is at least one of pre-stressed against the valve body seat in a sealing manner, flexible, bendable, flat, thin, annular, disk-shaped conical at least in sections, and membrane-shaped. 6. Inhaler according to claim 1 , further comprising a dispensing device for fluidic connection to a body orifice, wherein the inhalation valve enables at least one of an inflowing of air into the chamber and preventing of an outflowing of air from the chamber through the inhalation valve. 7. Inhaler according to claim 1 , wherein the inhalation valve has a fastening element for fastening the valve element all the way around, and wherein the valve body seat is connected via at least one arm to the fastening element. 8. Inhaler according to claim 7 , wherein at least one of the valve body seat and the fastening element are formed in one piece. 9. Inhaler according to claim 7 , wherein the valve element is connected in a force-fitting manner to the fastening element by a clamping ring by which the valve element is pre-stressed against the valve body seat. 10. Inhaler for insertion into a nostril, comprising an inhalation valve which has a movable valve element, and a discharge nozzle for administering a sprayed pharmaceutical agent preparation, wherein the inhalation valve has a collecting device for at least one of solid and liquid substances and which forms at least one of a valve body seat for the valve element and a through opening for the discharge nozzle, wherein the collecting device has a groove-shape, bowl-shape or shell-shape surrounding the outer periphery of the discharge nozzle, the discharge nozzle being arranged in the through opening of the valve. 11. Inhaler according to claim 10 , wherein the collecting device adjoins the valve body seat. 12. Inhaler according to claim 10 , wherein one or more of an inner edge of the valve element, an outer edge of the valve element, the valve body seat, the collecting device and a stop for the valve element on a side of the valve element that faces away from a valve body seat are configured essentially annular and are arranged in such a way that focal points thereof lie on a common axis. 13. Inhaler for insertion into a nostril of a horse, comprising: A discharge nozzle for producing an aerosol from a medicament, an inhalation valve which has a movable valve element, and a stop for the valve element on a side of the valve element that faces away from a valve body seat, wherein the inhalation valve is configured as a one-way or non-return valve, wherein the inhalation valve enables inflowing of ambient air from outside the inhaler into the inhaler through the inhalation valve and prevents exiting of air from the inhaler through the inhalation valve, wherein the valve element rests snugly on the stop in an open position of the valve in an open position of the valve, and wherein the valve element, valve body seat and stop positioned out of a path of the medicament when it flows to, through and out of said discharge nozzle. 14. Inhaler according to claim 13 , wherein the stop corresponds in shape and diameter to an inner edge of the valve element. 15. Inhaler according to claim 13 , wherein the stop is formed by an edge of an intake opening of a chamber of the inhaler. 16. Inhaler according to claim 15 , wherein the chamber has a section that conically narrows in the intake opening of the chamber. 17. Inhaler for insertion into a nostril of a horse, comprising: an inhalation valve which has a movable annular valve element with a through opening defined by an inner peripheral edge of the movable valve element, and a chamber that forms a closed flow wall with the valve element in an open position of the valve, wherein the chamber has a section that conically narrows to an intake opening of the chamber, and wherein the inner peripheral edge of the movable valve element is in contact with an inner peripheral edge of the intake opening so that the through opening of the valve element is s aligned with the intake opening of the chamber in the open position of the valve.
