An iron-zinc battery includes a positive electrode containing iron oxyhydroxide, a negative electrode containing zinc, and an electrolyte disposed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode.

An iron-zinc battery comprising: a positive electrode containing iron oxyhydroxide; a negative electrode containing zinc; and an electrolyte disposed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode. 2 . The iron-zinc battery according to claim 1 , wherein the electrolyte is an aqueous electrolytic solution, and the aqueous electrolytic solution has a pH of 5.8 or more and 8.6 or less. 3 . The iron-zinc battery according to claim 1 , wherein the positive electrode and the negative electrode are applied to a sheet-like current collector containing at least one selected from the group consisting of copper, iron, and carbon. 4 . The iron-zinc battery according to claim 1 , having a bipolar type stack structure. 5 . The iron-zinc battery according to claim 2 , wherein the positive electrode and the negative electrode are applied to a sheet-like current collector containing at least one selected from the group consisting of copper, iron, and carbon. 6 . The iron-zinc battery according to claim 2 , having a bipolar type stack structure. 7 . The iron-zinc battery according to claim 3 , having a bipolar type stack structure.
