A Chinese medicine extract and preparation method and application thereof. Raw materials of the extract are Artemisia carvifolia and propolis. The extract has an excellent effect of inhibiting CaN-NF-AT pathway and a lower relative toxicity for cells.

1 . A Chinese medicine extract which is prepared from Artemisia carvifolia and propolis. 2 . The Chinese medicine extract according to claim 1 , wherein the mass ratio of Artemisia carvifolia to propolis is 3:5 to 5:3. 3 . A method for preparing the Chinese medicine extract according to claim 1 , comprising extracting Artemisia carvifolia and propolis. 4 . The method according to claim 3 , wherein a solvent for extraction is one of the group consisting of alcohols, alkanes, chloroform, acetone, water and ethyl acetate, or a mixture thereof. 5 . The method according to claim 3 , wherein the extraction method is percolation, impregnation, decoction, reflux extraction, continuous reflux extraction, supercritical fluid extraction or ultrasound extraction. 6 . A method for inhibiting CaN-NF-AT pathway, treating skin inflammations, treating autoimmune diseases, skin relax or anti-allergy in a subject in need thereof comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of the Chinese medicine extract of claim 1 . 7 .
