The invention claimed is: 1 . Oilseed plant seedoil which is Brassica napus or Camelina sativa seedoil obtained from seed harvested from a population of at least 3,000 Brassica napus or Camelina sativa , respectively, plants grown in a field, the seedoil comprising a total fatty acid content which comprises fatty acids in an esterified form, the total fatty acid content comprising oleic acid, palmitic acid, ω6 polyunsaturated fatty acids which comprise linoleic acid (LA) and γ-linolenic acid (GLA), 03 polyunsaturated fatty acids which comprise α-linolenic acid (ALA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), docosapentaenoic acid (DPA), stearidonic acid (SDA) and eicosatetraenoic acid (ETA), wherein the level of palmitic acid in the total fatty acid content of the seedoil is between 2% and 16% by weight, wherein myristic acid (C14: 0) is either absent or is present in the seedoil at a level of less than 1% by weight of the total fatty acid content of the seedoil, and wherein at least 70% of the DPA esterified in the form of triacylglycerols (TAG) in the seedoil is in the sn-1 or sn-3 position of the TAG. 2 . The seedoil of claim 1 , wherein the seedoil is obtained from seed harvested from a population of at least 2,000,000 Brassica napus or Camelina sativa plants grown in a field. 3 . The seedoil of claim 1 , wherein the SDA, ETA, EPA and DPA are each present at a level in the total fatty acid content, each level being expressed as a percentage of the total fatty acid content, whereby the sum of the percentages for ETA, EPA and DPA divided by the sum of the percentages for SDA, ETA, EPA and DPA, expressed as a percentage, is at least 75%. 4 . The seedoil of claim 1 , wherein a level of GLA of less than 4% by weight is present in the total fatty acid content of the seedoil. 5 . The seedoil of claim 1 , wherein at least 80% of the DPA esterified in the form of TAG in the seedoil is in the sn-1 or sn-3 position of the TAG. 6 . The seedoil of claim 1 , which has the following features: i) the level of oleic acid in the total fatty acid content of the seedoil is between 1% and 30% by weight, ii) the level of LA in the total fatty acid content of the seedoil is between 4% and 35% by weight, iii) the level of GLA in the total fatty acid content of the seedoil is less than 4% by weight, and iv) a level of total saturated fatty acids of between 4% and 25% by weight is present in the total fatty acid content of the seedoil. 7 . The seedoil of claim 1 , wherein the extracted lipid comprises fatty acid C20:1 at a level of less than 1% by weight of the total fatty acid content. 8 . The seedoil of claim 1 , wherein the extracted lipid comprises a new ω3 fatty acid content in the total ω3 fatty acid content and a new ω6 fatty acid content in the total ω6 fatty acid content, each expressed as a percentage by weight of the total fatty acid content, wherein the ratio of the new ω6 fatty acid content to the new ω3 fatty acid content is less than 0.20. 9 . The seedoil of claim 1 , wherein ALA, SDA, ETA, EPA and DPA are each present at a level in the total fatty acid content, each level being expressed as a percentage by weight of the total fatty acid content, and eicosatrienoic acid (ETrA) is either present or absent in the total fatty acid content, whereby the sum of the percentages for SDA, ETA, EPA, and DPA divided by the sum of the percentages for ALA, SDA, ETrA, ETA, EPA and DPA, expressed as a percentage, is at least 30%. 10 . The seedoil of claim 1 , wherein ETA, EPA and DPA are each present at a level in the total fatty acid content, each level being expressed as a percentage by weight of the total fatty acid content, whereby the sum of the percentages for EPA and DPA divided by the sum of the percentages for ETA, EPA and DPA, expressed as a percentage, is between 75% and 98%. 11 . The seedoil of claim 1 , wherein the seedoil is purified by one or more or all of degumming, deodorising, decolourising, drying and/or fractionating the extracted seedoil.
