The present disclosure relates generally to toll like receptor modulator compounds, such as diamino pyrido[3,2 D] pyrimidine compounds and pharmaceutical compositions which, among other things, modulate toll-like receptors (e.g. TLR-8), and methods of making and using them.

We claim: 1. A compound, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, of Formula (IVa) R 1 is hydrogen; R 2 is hydrogen, methyl, fluoro or chloro; R 3 is hydrogen or methyl; and the moiety 2. The compound of claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein: R 1 is hydrogen; R 2 is hydrogen or fluoro; and R 3 is hydrogen or methyl. 3. The compound of claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein: R 1 is hydrogen; R 2 is hydrogen or fluoro; and R 3 is hydrogen. 4. The compound of claim 1 , selected from or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 5. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.
