What is claimed is: 1. A drug delivery composition, said drug delivery composition comprising a peptide that consists of the amino acid sequence of AAAK (SEQ ID NO:1), wherein the peptide is present at a concentration of at least 0.01% (w/v) in an aqueous solution that has a pH from about 6 to about 8, and wherein the peptide is complexed with an siRNA. 2. The drug delivery composition of claim 1 , wherein the aqueous solution is at an ionic strength of up to 0.3 M. 3. The drug delivery composition of claim 1 , wherein the aqueous solution is isotonic. 4. The drug delivery composition of claim 1 , wherein the siRNA is for delivery to a cancer cell. 5. The drug delivery composition of claim 1 , wherein each amino acid is a D-amino acid. 6. The drug delivery composition of claim 1 , wherein the peptide is amidated at the C-terminus and acetylated at the N-terminus.
