Abstract

Official abstract text for this publication.

A camera module according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure is proposed, the camera module including a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) mounted with an image sensor, a housing member arranged at an upper surface of the PCB, a bobbin movably positioned at an inner side of the housing member, an upper elastic member connected to an upper surface of the housing member and to an upper surface of the bobbin, and a space forming part formed at one side of the housing member to provide a moving space to the upper elastic member when the bobbin makes a relatively vertical movement to the housing member.

A VCM (Voice Coil Motor) comprising: a housing member comprising an upper plate and a lateral plate; a bobbin disposed in the housing member and configured to move in an optical axis direction; a coil disposed on the bobbin; a magnet disposed between the coil and the lateral plate of the housing member; a spacer member disposed between the magnet and the upper plate of the housing member; and an upper elastic member coupled to an upper surface of the bobbin, wherein the upper elastic member comprises a first fixing part disposed on the spacer member, a second fixing part disposed on the upper surface of the bobbin and a connection part connecting the first fixing part and the second fixing part, wherein the connection part is spaced apart from the magnet and overlapped with the magnet in the optical axis direction, and wherein the connection part is spaced apart from the spacer member and overlapped with the spacer member in the optical axis direction. 2. The VCM of claim 1 , wherein the first fixing part of the upper elastic member is disposed between the magnet and the spacer member in the optical axis direction. 3. The VCM of claim 1 , wherein the first fixing part of the upper elastic member is spaced apart from the magnet. 4. The VCM of claim 1 , wherein the spacer member comprises a groove concavely formed on a lower surface of the spacer member, and wherein the groove is overlapped with the connection part of the upper elastic member in the optical axis direction. 5. The VCM of claim 4 , wherein the first fixing part of the upper elastic member is disposed on the lower surface of the spacer member, and wherein the groove of the spacer member and the lower surface of the spacer member form a staircase part. 6. The VCM of claim 5 , wherein the spacer member comprises a support protrusion protruding from the lower surface of the spacer member, and wherein the first fixing part of the upper elastic member comprises a hole coupled with the support protrusion. 7. The VCM of claim 6 , wherein a lower surface of the support protrusion is disposed on an upper surface of the magnet. 8. The VCM of claim 6 , wherein the spacer member comprises a lateral wall extending from the lower surface of the spacer member along the lateral plate of the housing member, and wherein the support protrusion of the spacer member is spaced apart from the lateral wall of the spacer member. 9. The VCM of claim 1 , wherein a first gap in the optical axis direction is formed between the connection part of the upper elastic member and the magnet, at an initial position when no driving current is supplied to the coil, wherein the first gap is decreased by a movement of the connection part of the upper elastic member, when a first direction driving current is supplied to the coil at the initial position, and wherein the first gap is increased by a movement of the connection part of the upper elastic member, when a second direction driving current opposite the first direction driving current is supplied to the coil at the initial position. 10. The VCM of claim 1 , wherein the magnet is fixed by being bonded to the lateral plate of the housing member. 11. The VCM of claim 1 , wherein the housing member is formed with a metal material. 12. The VCM of claim 1 , wherein the spacer member is formed with a metal material in order to be welded with the upper elastic member. 13. The VCM of claim 1 , comprising: a base coupled with the housing member; a lower elastic member connecting the bobbin and the base and comprising two lower elastic units spaced apart from each other; and a terminal member disposed on the base. 14. The VCM of claim 1 , wherein the lateral plate of the housing member extends from an outer edge of the upper plate of the housing member, wherein the housing member comprises an inner yoke extending from an inner edge of the upper plate of the housing member, wherein the bobbin comprises an accommodation groove, and wherein at least a portion of the inner yoke is disposed in the accommodation groove of the bobbin. 15. The VCM of claim 1 , wherein the spacer member is directly contacted with the upper plate of the housing member. 16. A camera module, comprising: a PCB (Printed Circuit Board); an image sensor disposed on the PCB; the VCM of claim 1 disposed on the PCB; and a lens coupled with the bobbin of the VCM. 17. A VCM (Voice Coil Motor) comprising: a base; a housing member disposed on the base and comprising an upper plate and a lateral plate; a bobbin disposed in the housing member and configured to move in an optical axis direction; a coil disposed on the bobbin; a magnet disposed between the coil and the lateral plate of the housing member; a spacer member disposed between the magnet and the upper plate of the housing member; and an upper elastic member coupled to an upper surface of the bobbin, wherein the upper elastic member comprises a first fixing part disposed on the spacer member, a second fixing part disposed on the upper surface of the bobbin and a connection part connecting the first fixing part and the second fixing part, wherein the connection part is spaced apart from the magnet at an initial position when no driving current is supplied to the coil, wherein the connection part is overlapped with the magnet in the optical axis direction, wherein the connection part is spaced apart from the spacer member at the initial position, and wherein the connection part is overlapped with the spacer member in the optical axis direction. 18. The VCM of claim 17 , wherein the first fixing part of the upper elastic member is disposed between the magnet and the spacer member in the optical axis direction. 19.
