A VCM is disclosed, the VCM including a rotor having a first driving unit and arranged therein with a lens, a stator having a second driving unit wrapping the first driving unit and being opposite to the first driving unit, a base supporting the stator and having an opening formed at a position corresponding to that of the lens, a connection terminal including a pair of first and second connection terminals arranged at an upper surface of the base, and an elastic member including a first elastic member coupled to the rotor and electrically connected the first connection terminal and a second elastic member coupled to the rotor and electrically connected the second connection terminal.

What is claimed is: 1. A VCM (Voice Coil Motor), the VCM comprising: a mover comprising a bobbin and a first driving unit coupled with the bobbin; a second driving unit facing the first driving unit; a base disposed below the mover; a terminal disposed at the base; an elastic member coupled with the bobbin and the base; and a conductive material connecting the terminal and the elastic member; wherein the terminal comprises a first terminal and a second terminal spaced apart from the first terminal, wherein the elastic member comprises a first elastic member coupled with the first terminal and a second elastic member spaced apart from the first elastic member and coupled with the second terminal, wherein the first elastic member comprises a first inner elastic unit coupled with the bobbin, a first outer elastic unit coupled with the base, and a first connection elastic unit connecting the first inner elastic unit and the first outer elastic unit; wherein the first outer elastic unit of the first elastic member comprises a first hole disposed at a position corresponding to the first terminal, wherein the second elastic member comprises a second inner elastic unit coupled with the bobbin, a second outer elastic unit coupled with the base, and a second connection elastic unit connecting the second inner elastic unit and the second outer elastic unit; wherein the second outer elastic unit of the second elastic member comprises a second hole disposed at a position corresponding to the second terminal, and wherein the conductive material is disposed in the first hole and the second hole. 2. The VCM of claim 1 , wherein the first terminal comprises a plate coupled with the base, a first part extending from a first portion of the plate in a first direction and a second part extending from a second portion of the plate in a second direction different from the first direction, and wherein the second part is inserted into the base. 3. The VCM of claim 2 , wherein the second part of the first terminal is perpendicular to the first part of the first terminal. 4. The VCM of claim 2 , wherein the first part of the first terminal is electrically connected to a circuit board, and wherein the plate of the first terminal is connected to the first outer elastic unit of the first elastic member by the conductive material. 5. The VCM of claim 1 , wherein the first terminal is spaced apart from the first outer elastic unit of the first elastic member, and wherein the second terminal is spaced apart from the second outer elastic unit of the second elastic member. 6. The VCM of claim 1 , wherein the conductive material is disposed both between the first elastic member and the first terminal and between the second elastic member and the second terminal, wherein the conductive material comprises at least one of a conductive resin and a solder paste. 7. The VCM of claim 1 , wherein the first terminal is disposed at a position lower than a position of the first outer elastic unit of the first elastic member, and wherein the second terminal is disposed at a position lower than a position of the second outer elastic unit of the second elastic member. 8. The VCM of claim 1 , wherein the base comprises a first hole spaced apart from a lateral surface of the base and a second hole spaced apart from the lateral surface of the base, and wherein the first terminal downwardly passes through the first hole of the base and the second terminal downwardly passes through the second hole of the base. 9. The VCM of claim 8 , wherein the base comprises a third hole and a fourth hole formed at the lateral surface of the base, and wherein a portion of the first terminal is fixed at the third hole of the base and a portion of the second terminal is fixed at the fourth hole of the base. 10. The VCM of claim 1 , wherein the first terminal comprises a plate coupled with the base, a first portion downwardly bent from a first portion of the plate and connected to an outside circuit board that provides a driving signal, and a second portion connected with the first outer elastic unit of the first elastic member; and wherein the plate of the first terminal is elongated along an lateral surface of the base. 11. The VCM of claim 10 , wherein the first terminal comprises a third portion extending from a second portion of the plate and inserted into the base, wherein an upper surface of the plate of the first terminal lies in a same plane as an upper surface of the third portion of the first terminal, wherein the upper surface of the plate of the first terminal is parallel to an upper surface of the base, and wherein the third portion of the first terminal is perpendicular to the first portion of the first terminal. 12. The VCM of claim 10 , wherein the first portion of the first terminal is attached to the base, and wherein at least a portion of the first portion of the first terminal is exposed outside of the base. 13. The VCM of claim 1 , wherein the first terminal is overlapped with the first elastic member in a vertical direction, and the second terminal is overlapped with the second elastic member in the vertical direction. 14. The VCM of claim 1 , wherein a portion of the first elastic member faces a portion of the first terminal, and a first gap is formed between the portion of the first elastic member and the portion of the first terminal; wherein a portion of the second elastic member faces a portion of the second terminal, and a second gap is formed between the portion of the second elastic member and the portion of the second terminal; and wherein the conductive material is disposed in the first gap and the second gap. 15. The VCM of claim 1 , wherein an upper surface of the base comprises a plurality of stoppers configured to support a lower surface of the bobbin, and wherein at least a portion of the first terminal is overlapped with the first elastic member and at least a portion of the second terminal is overlapped with the second elastic member. 16. The VCM of claim 14 , wherein a foreign object scavenger unit is concavely formed around the stoppers at the upper surface of the base, and wherein the foreign object scavenger unit is formed with a foreign object scavenger membrane having a viscosity. 17. The VCM of claim 1 , wherein the first and second terminals are symmetrically formed, wherein each of the first and second terminals is secured to the base by an adhesive. 18. A camera module comprising an image sensor, a circuit board, a lens, and the VCM of claim 1 , wherein the lens is coupled with the bobbin, and wherein the first terminal and the second terminal are electrically connected to the circuit board. 19. A VCM (Voice Coil Motor), the VCM comprising: a bobbin; a coil coupled with the bobbin; a magnet facing the coil; a base disposed below the bobbin and comprising a recess; a terminal disposed at the base; an elastic member coupled with the bobbin and the base; and a conductive material disposed between the terminal and the elastic member; wherein the terminal comprises a first terminal and a second terminal spaced apart from the first terminal, wherein the elastic member comprises a first elastic member coupled with the first terminal and a second elastic member spaced apart from the first elastic member and coupled with the second terminal, wherein the first terminal comprises a plate coupled with the base, a first part extending from a first portion of the plate in a first direction, and a second
