Abstract

Official abstract text for this publication.

A camera module according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure is proposed, the camera module including a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) mounted with an image sensor, a housing member arranged at an upper surface of the PCB, a bobbin movably positioned at an inner side of the housing member, an upper elastic member connected to an upper surface of the housing member and to an upper surface of the bobbin, and a space forming part formed at one side of the housing member to provide a moving space to the upper elastic member when the bobbin makes a relatively vertical movement to the housing member.

What is claimed is: 1. A camera module, the camera module comprising: a cover member including an inner surface that extends inward from a periphery; a housing member disposed below the cover member; a bobbin disposed inside the housing member; an elastic member coupled to the cover member and the bobbin, wherein the elastic member includes a first fixation portion coupled to the cover member, a second fixation portion coupled to the bobbin, and a connection portion connecting the first and second fixation portions; and a support boss protruded from the inner surface of the cover member, wherein the support boss is coupled to the first fixation portion, wherein the connection portion is spaced apart from the inner surface of the cover member, wherein the first fixation portion of the elastic member is disposed between the housing member and the inner surface of the cover member, and wherein the support boss is downwardly protruded from a specific area of the inner surface of the cover member, wherein the specific area is spaced a prescribed distance from the periphery of the inner surface of the cover member. 2. The camera module of claim 1 , wherein the housing member includes a support protrusion upwardly protruded from an upper surface of the housing member, wherein a lower surface of the elastic member is provided on an upper end of the support protrusion, wherein a bottom end of the support boss is provided on an upper surface of the elastic member, and wherein at least a portion of the support protrusion is overlapped with the support boss in a direction of an optical axis. 3. The camera module of claim 2 , wherein the lower surface of the elastic member is spaced apart from the upper surface of the housing member, and wherein the upper surface of the elastic member is spaced apart from the inner surface of the cover member. 4. The camera module of claim 2 , wherein the cover member includes a lateral wall downwardly bent from the periphery of the inner surface of the cover member, wherein a bottom end of the lateral wall of the cover member is disposed on the upper surface of the housing member, and wherein the support protrusion is spaced apart from the lateral wall of the cover member. 5. The camera module of claim 2 , wherein the support protrusion is integrally formed with the upper surface of the housing member. 6. The camera module of claim 2 , wherein the connection portion is not overlapped with the upper surface of the housing member and the upper portion of the cover member in the direction of the optical axis. 7. The camera module of claim 2 , wherein the first fixation portion is formed with a groove portion at a position corresponding to the support protrusion. 8. The camera module of claim 7 , wherein the support protrusion and the groove portion are coupled by at least one of adhesion, heat-seal, or welding methods. 9. The camera module of claim 1 , wherein the cover member includes a staircase portion recessed from the inner surface of the cover member, and wherein the staircase portion is overlapped with the connection portion of the elastic member in a direction of an optical axis. 10. The camera module of claim 1 , wherein the elastic member includes a first through hole coupled to the support boss. 11. The camera module of claim 10 , wherein the housing member includes a second through hole coupled to the support boss. 12. The camera module of claim 11 , wherein the support boss passes through the first through hole and the second through hole. 13. The camera module of claim 1 , further comprising a magnet disposed on the housing member, and a coil disposed on the bobbin and facing the magnet. 14. A camera module comprising: a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) mounted with an image sensor; a housing member disposed over the PCB; a bobbin disposed inside the housing member; a cover member including an inner surface that extends inward from a periphery; a support boss protruded from the inner surface of the cover member; and an elastic member coupled to the support boss and the bobbin, wherein the elastic member includes a first fixation portion coupled to the support boss, a second fixation portion coupled to the bobbin, and a connection portion connecting the first and second fixation portions, wherein the first fixation portion of the elastic member is disposed between the housing member and the inner surface of the cover member, and wherein the support boss is downwardly protruded from a specific area of the inner surface of the cover member, wherein the specific area is spaced a prescribed distance from the periphery of the inner surface of the cover member. 15. An optical apparatus comprising: a cover member including an inner surface that extends inward from a periphery; a housing member disposed below the cover member; a bobbin disposed inside the housing member; an elastic member coupled to the cover member and the bobbin, wherein the elastic member includes a first fixation portion coupled to the cover member, a second fixation portion coupled to the bobbin, and a connection portion connecting the first and second fixation portions; a support boss downwardly protruded from the inner surface of the cover member; and a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) disposed below the housing member and mounted with an image sensor; wherein the support boss is coupled to the first fixation portion, wherein the connection portion is spaced apart from the inner surface of the cover member, wherein the first fixation portion of the elastic member is disposed between the housing member and the inner surface of the cover member, and wherein the support boss is downwardly protruded from a specific area of the inner surface of the cover member, wherein the specific area is spaced a prescribed distance from the periphery of the inner surface of the cover member. 16. A camera module, the camera module comprising: a cover member including an inner surface, a staircase part formed at the inner surface, and a support protrusion downwardly protruded from the inner surface; a housing member disposed below the cover member and including a first hole corresponding to the support protrusion; a bobbin disposed inside the housing member; and an elastic member coupled to the cover member and the bobbin, wherein the elastic member includes a first fixation portion coupled to the cover member, a second fixation portion coupled to the bobbin, and a connection portion connecting the first and second fixation portions, wherein the first fixation portion includes a second hole coupled to the support protrusion of the cover member; wherein the support protrusion is coupled to or inserted into the first hole of the housing member, wherein the connection portion is spaced apart from the inner surface of the cover member by the staircase part. 17.
