We claim: 1. A polymer particle comprising: a poly(ethylene glycol) diacrylamide macromer; a first monomer; and a second monomer configured to allow binding of positively charged drugs, wherein the second monomer is selected from acrylic acid, 3-sulfopropyl acrylate, 3-sulfopropyl methacrylate, a salt thereof, or a combination thereof; wherein the polymer particle is spherical. 2. The polymer particle of claim 1 , wherein the polymer particle has a diameter between about 40 μm and about 1,200 μm. 3. The polymer particle of claim 1 , wherein the polymer particle has a diameter less than about 1,200 μm. 4. The polymer particle of claim 1 , wherein the first monomer includes a functional group. 5. The polymer particle of claim 4 , wherein the functional group is an acrylate, an acrylamide, a methacrylate, or a methacrylamide. 6. The polymer particle of claim 1 , wherein the first monomer glycerol monomethacrylate, amino ethyl methacrylate, amino propyl methacrylate, or a combination thereof. 7. The polymer particle of claim 1 , wherein the poly(ethylene glycol) diacrylamide is poly(ethylene glycol) diacrylamide 10,000. 8. The polymer particle of claim 1 , wherein the poly(ethylene glycol) diacrylamide macromer is at a concentration of about 28% w/w. 9. The polymer particle of claim 1 , wherein the first monomer is amino ethyl methacrylate, amino propyl methacrylate, or a combination thereof. 10. A polymer particle comprising: a poly(ethylene glycol) macromer, a first monomer; and a second monomer configured allow binding of negatively charged drugs, wherein the second monomer is selected from amino ethyl methacrylate, 2-amino ethyl methacrylate, amino propyl methacrylamide, a salt thereof, or a combination thereof; wherein the polymer particle is spherical. 11. The polymer particle of claim 10 , wherein the polymer particle has a diameter between about 40 μm and about 1,200 μm. 12. The polymer particle of claim 10 , wherein the polymer particle has a diameter less than about 1,200 μm. 13. The polymer particle of claim 10 , wherein the first monomer includes a functional group. 14. The polymer particle of claim 13 , wherein the functional group is an acrylate, an acrylamide, a methacrylate, or a methacrylamide. 15. The polymer particle of claim 10 , wherein the first monomer is glycerol monomethacrylate, 3-sulfopropyl acrylate, or a combination thereof. 16.
