The invention claimed is: 1. A safety trailer, comprising: (a) first and second removably interconnected platforms, each of the first and second platforms being engaged with an axle and wheels, and wherein when the safety trailer is in an undeployed state, the first and second platforms are connected together to define a carrier; and (b) a plurality of wall sections, wherein when the safety trailer is in an undeployed state, the wall sections are carried on the carrier, and wherein when the safety trailer is in a deployed state, the wall sections are removed from the carrier, the first and second platforms are disconnected and the wall sections are connected together and are positioned between the first and second platforms and connected thereto to form a barrier wall, and (c) the axle of the trailer is engaged with a vertical adjustment member, the vertical adjustment member selectively adjusting a vertical position of a surface of the trailer. 2. The safety trailer of claim 1 , wherein the adjustment member is at least one of a hydraulically and pneumatically adjustable piston. 3. The safety trailer of claim 1 , wherein a bottom edge of each wall section is positioned about 10 to about 14 inches above a surface upon which the trailer is parked; a top edge of each wall section is positioned from about 3.5 feet to about 4 feet above the surface; and a height of the wall sections from the bottom edge to the top edge ranges from about 2.5 feet to about 3 feet. 4. The safety trailer of claim 1 , wherein the barrier is not supported above the surface by stands. 5. The safety trailer of claim 1 , wherein a thickness of each wall section ranges from about 18 to about 30 inches. 6. The safety trailer of claim 1 , wherein a length of each of the wall sections ranges from about 10 to about 30 feet. 7. The safety trailer of claim 1 , wherein a common side of the first and second platforms and barrier is substantially planar to direct a motorized vehicle impacting the common side away from the protected area. 8. The safety trailer of claim 1 , wherein the wall sections slidably engage one another. 9. The safety trailer of claim 1 , wherein the wall sections telescopically engage one another.
