What is claimed is: 1. An isolated anti-CaENO1 antibody or an antigen-binding portion thereof, comprising a light chain complementarity determining region 1 (L-CDR1) of SEQ ID NO:5; a light chain CDR2 (L-CDR2) of SEQ ID NO:6; and a light chain CDR3 (L-CDR3) of SEQ ID NO:7; and a heavy chain CDR1 (H-CDR1) of SEQ ID NO:8; a heavy chain CDR2 (H-CDR2) of SEQ ID NO:9; and a heavy chain CDR3 (H-CDR3) of SEQ ID NO:10; such that said isolated antibody or antigen-binding portion thereof binds to CaENO1. 2. The antibody of claim 1 , wherein the isolated anti-CaENO1 antibody is a monoclonal antibody, chimeric antibody or humanized antibody. 3. The antibody of claim 1 , wherein the light chain of the antibody comprises an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs:13 and 14; or wherein the heavy chain of the antibody comprises an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs: 15 and 16. 4. The antibody of claim 1 , which is a humanized antibody comprising (i) a light chain having an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs:13 and 14, and (ii) a heavy chain having an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs:15 and 16. 5. The humanized antibody of claim 4 , which comprises: (i) a light chain having an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:13 and (ii) a heavy chain having an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 15 or (iii) a light chain having an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 14 and (iv) a heavy chain having an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 16.
