The invention claimed is: 1. A method for increasing yield and inducing a growth regulating response in crop plants with respect to their harvested plant organs, which plants are growing in a normal habitat, comprising applying a Compound (A) in an effective, non-phytotoxic amount to plants, seeds from which a plant grows, and/or to a locus in which a plant grows in a normal habitat, wherein Compound (A) comprises 1-methylhexyl (5-chloro-8-quinolinoxy)acetate (“cloquintocet-mexyl”); and wherein compound (A) is applied in combination with one or more compounds (B) selected from the group consisting of clothianidin, fipronil, imidacloprid, pyraclostrobin, trifloxystrobin, metalaxyl, fludioxonil, and difenoconazole, wherein the achieved yield with (A) and (B) together is greater than the additive yield achieved with (A) and (B). 2. The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the crop plants are selected from the group consisting of cereals, canola, soybean and cotton crops. 3. The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the crop plants are selected from the group consisting of wheat, barley, rye or triticale plants. 4. The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said method increases gluten content of seed kernels of crop plants selected from group consisting of cereals, canola and soybean crops. 5. The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said method increases gluten content of seed kernels of crop plants selected from group consisting of cereal crops. 6. The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said method increases protein content of seed kernels of crop plants selected from group consisting of cereals, canola and soybean crops. 7. The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said method increases yield of the amount by weight of beets of beet plants. 8. The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said method increases sugar content of sugar plants. 9. The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said method increases germination and emergence of cereal crops. 10. The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said method increases biomass yield of maize plants growing in absence of extraordinary environmental conditions. 11. The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said method increases biomass yield of sugar plants. 12. The method according to claim 1 , wherein a Compound (A) is applied in combination with (ii) pyraclostrobin and metconazole, (iii) trifloxystrobin and propiconazole, or (vii) bixafen and trifloxystrobin. 13. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the plants treated are growing in the absence of abiotic stress conditions.
