Novel benzamide derivatives of formula (I) wherein W 1 , W 2 , R 1 to R 7 , R 6 , X and Y have the meaning according to the claims, are positive allosteric modulators of the FSH receptor, and can be employed, inter alia, for the treatment of fertility disorders.
First claim

The invention claimed is: 1. A compound selected from: or a physiologically acceptable salt thereof. 2. A method for treating fertility disorders, wherein at least one compound of claim 1 is administered to a mammal in need of such treatment. 3. A method for agonizing an FSH receptor, comprising contacting the FSH receptor with at least one compound of claim 1 under conditions such that the FSH receptor is agonized. 4. A pharmaceutical composition comprising at least one compound according to claim 1 or a physiologically acceptable salt thereof. 5. The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 4 , comprising pharmaceutically tolerable adjuvants for oral administration. 6. The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 4 , comprising at least a second active pharmaceutical ingredient.
