The invention claimed is: 1. A composition for a porous membrane of a secondary battery, comprising a non-conductive particle and a water-soluble polymer, wherein the water-soluble polymer contains 80% by weight or more of a (meth)acrylamide monomer unit, and the water-soluble polymer has a storage modulus at 150° C. of 2.0×10 5 Pa or more. 2. The composition for a porous membrane of a secondary battery according to claim 1 , wherein a glass transition temperature obtained by measuring dynamic viscoelasticity of the water-soluble polymer is 150 to 200° C. 3. The composition for a porous membrane of a secondary battery according to claim 1 , wherein the water-soluble polymer has a weight average molecular weight of 2.0×10 5 to 1.00×10 6 . 4. The composition for a porous membrane of a secondary battery according to claim 1 , wherein the water-soluble polymer contains an acid group-containing monomer unit. 5. A porous membrane for a secondary battery, obtained by forming a layer of the composition for a porous membrane of a secondary battery according to claim 1 , and drying the formed layer. 6. A secondary battery comprising the porous membrane for a secondary battery according to claim 5 .
