What is claimed is: 1. A composition comprising: (i) an antioxidant; (ii) a radiation manager; (iii) a plant strengthener, and optionally (iv) a plant growth regulator, wherein the antioxidant (i) comprises, N-formyl urea, wherein the radiation manager (ii) comprises a phthalocyanine pigment, wherein the plant strengthener (iii) comprises fosetyl aluminum, and wherein the plant growth regulator (iv) comprises trinexapac-ethyl. 2. The composition according to claim 1 , wherein the plant growth regulator (iv) is present. 3. The composition according to claim 1 , wherein the antioxidant (i) is produced by a reaction of: (a) a carboxylic acid having the formula RCOOH where R is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, substituted and unsubstituted alkyl, allyl vinyl, and alkoxyl groups having from 1-6 carbon atoms, substituted and unsubstituted phenyl group, and halides; with (b) a urea having the formula (NHR')2CO where each R′ is the same or different and is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, substituted and unsubstituted alkyl groups having from 1-6 carbon atoms, substituted and unsubstituted alkoxyl groups having from 1-6 carbon atoms, substituted and unsubstituted phenyl groups, and halides, wherein the carboxylic acid (a) is formic acid. 4. A method for improving one or more of plant quality, density, color, or plant cell turgidity, comprising: applying to a plant or soil a composition according to claim 1 . 5. The method according to claim 4 , wherein the plant is growing under a condition of reduced water irrigation. 6. The method according to claim 4 , wherein the treated plant exhibits improved green color, higher chlorophyll content, improved shoot density, and/or better plot soil moisture when compared to a non-treated plant before, during, and/or after the condition of reduced water irrigation. 7. The composition according to claim 1 , comprising about 1 to about 10% w/w of the antioxidant based on the total weight of the composition. 8. The composition according to claim 2 , wherein the antioxidant (i) comprises N-formyl urea; the radiation manager (ii) comprises phthalocyanine green pigment; and the plant growth regulator (iv) comprises trinexapac-ethyl. 9. The composition according to claim 1 , which is synergistic. 10. The composition according to claim 1 , wherein the antioxidant (i) comprises N-formyl urea; the radiation manager (ii) comprises phthalocyanine green pigment; and the plant strengthener (iii) comprises fosetyl-A1. 11. The composition according to claim 1 , wherein the plant growth regulator (iv) is not present. 12. The composition according to claim 10 , wherein the plant growth regulator (iv) is not present.
