Example embodiments of the present disclosure include a system comprising a computer-readable storage medium storing at least one program and a computer-implemented method for providing an offer based on a level of buying intent of an individual. Consistent with some embodiments, the method may include monitoring an amount of time an individual wears a particular garment while in a fitting room of a retail store, and determining an interest level of the individual in purchasing the garment based on the amount of time the individual wears the garment. The method may further include generating and provisioning an offer to the individual based on the determined level of intent.

What is claimed is: 1. A system comprising: an interactive mirror display unit configured to operate in two modes of operation, in a first mode of operation, the interactive mirror display unit is configured to function as a reflective mirror surface, in a second mode of operation, the interactive mirror display unit is configured to function as a touch display surface operable to present content and receive user input while maintaining reflective qualities; and a controller communicatively coupled to the interactive mirror display unit, the controller comprising one or more processors configured to perform operations comprising: identifying an individual in a fitting room; generating an interactive graphical user interface (GUI); causing the interactive GUI to be presented to the individual on the interactive mirror display unit, the causing of the interactive GUI to be presented including providing a set of computer-readable instructions to the interactive mirror display unit that causes the interactive mirror display unit to transition, in response to detecting a presence of the individual, from the first mode of operation in which the interactive mirror display unit functions as the reflective mirror surface to the second mode of operation in which the interactive mirror display unit functions as the touch display surface; determining the individual is wearing a garment; determining an amount of time the garment is worn by the individual; determining an interest level of the individual in purchasing the garment based on the amount of time the individual wears the garment, the determining of the interest level comprising: accessing a table that includes a plurality of predefined interest levels and a time range corresponding to each predefined interest level of the plurality of predefined interest levels; identifying the predefined interest level that corresponds to the amount of time the garment is worn by the individual based on the amount of time the garment is worn by the individual being within the corresponding time range; and selecting the identified predefined interest level as the interest level of the individual in purchasing the garment; generating an offer for the individual based on the determined interest level; and causing the interactive mirror display unit to present, within the interactive GUI, the offer to the individual. 2. The system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to transmit a message to a client device of the individual, the message including the offer. 3. The system of claim 2 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to perform operations comprising: identifying a user account of the individual; and accessing user data maintained as part of the user account, the user data including contact information; wherein the message is transmitted to the client device of the individual using the contact information. 4. The system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to determine the individual is wearing the garment based on a proximity of the individual with respect to the garment. 5. The system of claim 4 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to determine the proximity of the individual with respect to the garment using a signal produced by a radio frequency identifier (RFID) tag affixed to the garment. 6. The system of claim 1 , further comprising a camera configured to record an image feed comprising one or more images, wherein the one or more processors are further configured to determine the individual is wearing the garment based on an analysis of the one or more images. 7. The system of claim 1 , wherein the offer includes a discount on a price of the garment, the garment being offered for sale at a retail store in which the fitting room is located. 8. The system of claim 7 , wherein an amount of the discount is based on the determined level of interest of the individual. 9. A method comprising: identifying, using one or more processors, an individual in a fitting room; generating, using the one or more processors, an interactive graphical user interface (GUI); causing, using the one or more processors, the interactive GUI to be presented to the individual on an interactive mirror display unit, the causing of the interactive GUI to be presented including providing a set of computer-readable instructions to the interactive mirror display unit that causes the interactive mirror display unit to transition, in response to detecting a presence of the individual, from a first mode of operation in which the interactive mirror display unit functions as a reflective mirror surface to a second mode of operation in which the interactive mirror display unit functions as a touch display surface operable to present the interactive GUI and receive user input; determining, using the one or more processors, the individual is wearing a garment offered for sale by a retail store in which the fitting room is located; determining, using the one or more processors, an amount of time the garment is worn by the individual; determining, using the one or more processors, an interest level of the individual in purchasing the garment based on the amount of time the garment is worn by the individual, the determining of the interest level of the individual comprising: accessing a table that includes a plurality of predefined interest levels and a time range corresponding to each predefined interest level of the plurality of predefined interest levels; identifying the predefined interest level that corresponds to the amount of time the garment is worn by the individual based on the amount of time the garment is worn by the individual being within the corresponding time range; and selecting the identified predefined interest level as the interest level of the individual in purchasing the garment; generating, using the one or more processors, an offer for the individual based on the determined interest level; and causing, using the one or more processors, the interactive mirror display unit to present, within the interactive GUI, the offer to the individual. 10. The method of claim 9 , wherein the interactive mirror display unit is located in the fitting room. 11. The method of claim 10 , further comprising: receiving, from a mobile device of the individual, a request to purchase the garment, the request being generated in response to selection of a selectable element included in a message; and facilitating, using the one or more processors, the purchase of the garment from the retail store. 12. The method of claim 9 , wherein the determining the individual is wearing the garment is based on determining that the individual is within a predefined distance of the garment. 13. The method of claim 9 , wherein the determining the individual is wearing the garment is based on a proximity of the individual to the garment. 14. The method of claim 13 , wherein the proximity is determined based on a signal produced by a radio frequency identifier (RFID) tag affixed to the garment. 15. The method of claim 9 , further comprising: determining, using the one or more processors, that the interest level of the individual is above a predefined threshold; and in response to determining that the interest level of the individual is above the predefined threshold, generating, using the one or more processors, a recommendation for an item related to the garment, the recommendation being included in a message. 16. The method of claim 9 , further comprising storing, using the o
