An embodiment provides a camera module comprising: a cover can which has a hollow part for exposing a lens at the upper part thereof and a fully opened surface at the lower part thereof; a base coupled to the lower part of the cover can; a housing which is disposed at the upper part of the base and moves in first and second directions which are mutually orthogonal on the surface perpendicular to an optical axis; a bobbin which is accommodated in the housing and moves in the direction of the optical axis, the bobbin comprising at least one lens; a magnet part disposed on the inner surface of the housing; a first coil pattern part disposed on the outer surface of the bobbin for moving the bobbin in the direction of the optical axis; an actuator comprising a second coil part disposed on the upper surface of the base for moving the housing accommodating the bobbin in the first and second directions; and a flexible substrate disposed between the second coil part and the base for respectively applying power to control the first coil pattern part and the second coil part.

What is claimed is: 1. A lens driving motor comprising: a housing; a bobbin disposed at an inner side of the housing; a first coil disposed on the bobbin; a magnet disposed on the housing and facing the first coil; a base disposed below the housing; and a first substrate disposed between the housing and the base and comprising a second coil facing the magnet; wherein the first coil comprises an upper portion, a lower portion disposed below the upper portion and spaced apart from the upper portion, a first connection portion connecting one end of the upper portion and one end of the lower portion, and a second connecting portion connecting the other end of the upper portion and the other end of the lower portion; wherein the first connection portion is spaced apart from the second connection portion, wherein the magnet comprises an upper portion disposed at a position corresponding to the upper portion of the first coil, and a lower portion disposed at a position corresponding to the lower portion of the first coil; and wherein an inner surface of the upper portion of the magnet has a polarity different from a polarity of an inner surface of the lower portion of the magnet. 2. The lens driving motor of claim 1 , wherein the first coil is formed in any one of a single coil pattern, a two-coil pattern, and a four-coil pattern formed at a flexible substrate. 3. The lens driving motor of claim 1 , further comprising: a cover can comprising an upper plate having a hollow portion, and a lateral plate extended from the upper plate and coupled with the base; wherein the base includes: a base body formed in a shape corresponding to a shape of the cover can; an opening formed at the base body; and a coupling portion surface-contacting the lateral plate of the cover can by being protruded at an external side of the base body. 4. The lens driving motor of claim 3 , wherein the housing includes at least two lower stoppers formed by being protruded at a lower surface thereof, and the coupling portion of the base includes a plurality of recess portions restricting movement of the housing by respectively accommodating the lower stopper. 5. The lens driving motor of claim 3 , wherein the housing includes at least two upper stoppers each disposed adjacent to the cover can by being protrusively formed at an upper surface thereof. 6. The lens driving motor of claim 3 , wherein the second coil and the first substrate are coupled by a soldering method. 7. The lens driving motor of claim 1 , wherein the bobbin includes at least two flange portions each vertically formed at an external circumferential surface thereof, and the housing includes a plurality of accommodation portions accommodating the flange portion by being formed at an internal side surface thereof at a predetermined interval. 8. The lens driving motor of claim 1 , wherein the first coil is provided so as to face an inner surface of the magnet, and the second coil is provided so as to face a lower surface of the magnet. 9. The lens driving motor of claim 1 , wherein the magnet includes at a center thereof a neutral portion formed in a direction perpendicular to an optical axis direction. 10. The lens driving motor of claim 1 , further comprising: an elastic unit transferring the electric power applied by the first substrate to the first coil, and supporting movement of the bobbin. 11. The lens driving motor of claim 10 , wherein the elastic unit includes: an upper spring provided at an upper portion of the housing; a lower spring provided at a lower portion of the housing; and at least two lateral surface springs provided between the housing and the base. 12. The lens driving motor of claim 11 , wherein two of the lateral surface springs are electrically connected to the first substrate, the two lateral surface springs are electrically connected to the upper spring, and the upper spring is electrically connected to one end and another end of a wound coil of the first coil. 13. The lens diving motor of claim 1 , further comprising: a Hall sensor portion configured to sense a movement of the lens driving motor by being mounted at the first substrate. 14. The lens driving motor of claim 13 , wherein the base includes a Hall sensor accommodation groove accommodating the Hall sensor portion. 15. The lens driving motor of claim 13 , wherein the Hall sensor portion is provided at a straight line with the magnet based on an optical axis. 16. The lens driving motor of claim 13 , wherein the magnet includes four magnets, and the Hall sensor portion includes two Hall sensors. 17. A camera module comprising: an image sensor; a lens disposed over the image sensor; and the lens driving motor of claim 1 . 18. A mobile device comprising the camera module of claim 17 . 19. A lens driving motor comprising: a housing; a bobbin disposed at an inner side of the housing; a first coil disposed on the bobbin; a magnet disposed on the housing and facing the first coil; a base disposed below the housing; and a first substrate disposed between the housing and the base and comprising a second coil facing the magnet; wherein the first coil comprises an upper portion, a lower portion disposed below the upper portion and spaced apart from the upper portion, a first connection portion connecting one end of the upper portion and one end of the lower portion, and a second connection portion connecting the other end of the upper portion and the other end of the lower portion; and wherein the first connection portion is spaced apart from the second connection portion. 20. A lens driving motor comprising: a housing; a bobbin disposed at an inner side of the housing; a first coil disposed on the bobbin; a magnet disposed on the housing and facing the first coil; a base disposed below the housing; and a first substrate disposed between the housing and the base and comprising a second coil facing the magnet; wherein the magnet comprises an inner surface facing the first coil; wherein the inner surface of the magnet comprises an upper area, a lower area disposed below the upper area, and a center portion disposed between the upper area and the lower area; and wherein the upper area has a first polarity, the lower area has a second polarity different from the first polarity, and the center area has a neutral polarity.
