What is claimed is: 1 . A lens actuating unit, comprising: a bobbin configured to accommodate a lens module at an inner side of the bobbin; a first coil unit disposed at the bobbin; a housing disposed at an outer side of the bobbin; and a magnet unit configured to move the first coil unit through electromagnetic interaction with the first coil unit, wherein the magnet unit is disposed at an inner lateral surface of the housing, and the housing accommodates the magnet unit to support an upper surface and a lower surface of the magnet unit. 2 . The lens actuating unit of claim 1 , wherein the housing includes a hole formed by being recessed from an inner side to an outer side to accommodate the magnet unit, and the housing accommodates the magnet unit to allow exposing an inner lateral surface of the magnet unit accommodated in the hole. 3 . The lens actuating unit of claim 1 , wherein the housing has surface-to-surface contacts with all surfaces of the magnet unit except for an inner lateral surface of the magnet unit. 4 . The lens actuating unit of claim 3 , wherein an adhesive is disposed at a contact part between the housing and the magnet unit. 5 . The lens actuating unit of claim 1 , wherein the magnet unit includes a hexahedral magnet, and the housing contacts five surfaces of the hexahedral magnet accommodated in the housing. 6 . The lens actuating unit of claim 1 , wherein the housing includes a hole formed by being recessed from an inner side to an outer side to accommodate the magnet unit, and the housing includes an adhesive introduction hole disposed on a surface forming the hole. 7 . The lens actuating unit of claim 1 , wherein an adhesive introduced through the adhesive introduction hole is introduced between the housing and the magnet. 8 . The lens actuating unit of claim 1 , wherein the magnet unit is disposed at a corner portion formed by two adjacent lateral surfaces of the housing. 9 . The lens actuating unit of claim 1 , further comprising: a base disposed at a lower portion of the housing; and a second coil unit disposed at the base and configured to move the magnet unit through electromagnetic interaction with the magnet unit. 10 . The lens actuating unit of claim 9 , further comprising: an upper spring and a lower spring configured to elastically connect the bobbin and the housing; and a lateral spring configured elastically connect the housing and the base. 11 . A lens actuating unit, comprising: a bobbin configured to accommodate a lens module at an inner side of the bobbin; a first coil unit disposed at the bobbin; a housing disposed at an outer side of the bobbin; a magnet unit configured to move the first coil unit through electromagnetic interaction with the first coil unit; a base disposed at a lower portion of the housing; a circuit board disposed at the base; and a second coil unit disposed at the circuit board and configured to move the magnet unit through electromagnetic interaction with the magnet unit, wherein the circuit board includes a circuit board portion, a terminal portion downwardly bent from the circuit board portion, and a fixation portion disposed at an outer side of the terminal portion. 12 . The lens actuating unit of claim 11 , wherein the terminal portion is electrically connected to the circuit board portion, and the fixation portion is non-conductive. 13 . The lens actuating unit of claim 11 , wherein the fixation portion is provided in plural number, and the terminal portion is disposed between the plurality of the fixation portions. 14 . The lens actuating unit of claim 11 , further comprising: a cover member coupled to an upper portion of the base and configured to accommodate the bobbin and the housing in an internal space of the cover member, wherein the cover member includes an accommodation portion formed by being downwardly extended from a lateral surface, and the accommodation portion guides the terminal portion to be downwardly bent. 15 . The lens actuating unit of claim 11 , further comprising: a cover member coupled to an upper portion of the base and configured to accommodate the bobbin and the housing in an internal space of the cover member, wherein the cover member includes an extension portion formed by being downwardly extended from a lateral surface, and the fixation portion is fixed to the extension portion. 16 . The lens actuating unit of claim 15 , wherein at least one through hole is formed on the fixation portion, and an adhesive introduced through the through-hole is introduced between the fixation portion and the extension portion. 17 . The lens actuating unit of claim 11 , wherein the terminal portion is formed in a same height as or longer than a height of a lateral surface of the base. 18 . The lens actuating unit of claim 11 , wherein an accommodation groove configured to accommodate the terminal portion and the fixation portion is formed on a lateral surface of the base. 19 . The lens actuating unit of claim 11 , wherein the base includes a protrusion downwardly extended from a lower surface of the base, and the fixation portion is fixed to the protrusion. 20 . The lens actuating unit of claim 19 , wherein at least one surface of the protrusion has a shape corresponding to that of the fixation portion. 21 . The lens actuating unit of claim 19 , wherein at least one through-hole is formed on the fixation portion, and an adhesive introduced through the through-hole is introduced between the fixation portion and the protrusion. 22 . The lens actuating unit of claim 19 , wherein the protrusion includes an introduction groove on a surface contacting the fixation portion or on a lower lateral surface such that an adhesive can be introduced in the introduction groove. 23 .
