A Zr-based amorphous alloy is provided; the formula of the Zr-based amorphous alloy is (Zr, Hf, Nb) a Cu b Ni c Al d Re e , where a, b, c, d, and e are corresponding atomic percent content of elements in the Zr-based amorphous alloy, 45≦a≦65, 15≦b≦40, 0.1≦c≦15, 5≦d≦15, 0.05≦e≦5, a+b+c+d+e≦100, and Re is one of or any combination of elements La, Ce, Po, Ho, Er, Nd, Gd, Dy, Sc, Eu, Tm, Tb, Pr, Sm, Yb, and Lu, or Re is combined with Y and one of or any combination of elements La, Ce, Po, Ho, Er, Nd, Gd, Dy, Sc, Eu, Tm, Tb, Pr, Sm, Yb, and Lu.

What is claimed is: 1. A zirconium-based (Zr-based) amorphous alloy, wherein the Zr-based amorphous alloy comprises one of the following formulas: Zr 57 Cu 29 Ni 3 Al 9 Gd 2 , Zr 63 Cu 17.5 Ni 10 Al 7.5 Er 2 , Zr 60.05 Cu 25 Ni 2 Al 12 Er 0.5 , or Zr 60 Cu 22 Ni 5 Al 12 Dy 1 . 2. A zirconium-based (Zr-based) amorphous alloy, wherein the Zr-based amorphous alloy has one of the following formulas: Zr 46.9 Cu 36 Ni 8 Al 8 Er 0.1 Y 1 , Zr 54.5 Cu 30 Ni 5 Al 10 Tm 0.5 , or Zr 50 Cu 35 Ni 4 Al 10 Yb 1 . 3. A zirconium-based (Zr-based) amorphous alloy, wherein the Zr-based amorphous alloy has one of the following formulas: Zr 59.5 Hf 2 Ni 10 Cu 19 Al 8 Er 0.5 Tm 0.5 Y 0.5 , Zr 60.5 Hf 2 Cu 19 Ni 10 Al 8 Er 0.5 , Zr 60.5 Ni 2 Cu 25 Al 12 Tm 0.5 , Zr 63 Hf 1.5 Cu 18 Ni 10 Al 7 Yb 0.5 , or Zr 60.5 Hf 2 Cu 19 Ni 10 Al 8 Nd 0.5 . 4. A zirconium-based (Zr-based) amorphous alloy, wherein the Zr-based amorphous alloy has one of the following formulas: Zr 53.5 Hf 1 Cu 30 Ni 5 Al 10 (Y, Er) 0.5 , Zr 52.8 Hf 2 Cu 30 Ni 5 Al 10 La 0.2 , Zr 53 Hf 1 Ni 5 Cu 30 Al 10 Ce 1 , or Zr 51 Hf 1 Cu 30 Al 10 Ni 7 Tm 1 . 5. A zirconium-based (Zr-based) amorphous alloy, wherein the Zr-based amorphous alloy has one of the following formulas: Zr 62 Nb 1 Cu 17 Al 8 Ni 10 Er 2 , Zr 60 Cu 18 Ni 10 Al 8 Nb 2 Er 2 , Zr 53 Nb 1 Cu 30 Al 10 Ni 5 Tm 1 , or Zr 59 Nb 2 Cu 19 Al 8 Ni 10 Yb 2 . 6. A method for manufacturing a zirconium-based (Zr-based) amorphous alloy, comprising: melting metal raw materials within a protection atmosphere or vacuum condition, and then performing casting, cooling, and molding to form a Zr-based amorphous alloy, wherein the metal raw materials comprise a purity of less than 99.9%, wherein in the melting process, the raw materials are subjected to a vacuum degree of 6-9×10 −1 Pa and with charged argon protection gas from 0.03 to 0.08 MPa, and wherein the Zr-based amorphous alloy has one of the following formulas: Zr 57 Cu 29 Ni 3 Al 9 Gd 2 , Zr 63 Cu 17.5 Ni 10 Al 7.5 Er 2 , Zr 60.5 Cu 25 Ni 2 Al 12 Er 0.5 , or Zr 60 Cu 22 Ni 5 Al 12 Dy 1 . 7. The manufacturing method according to claim 6 , wherein in the melting process, a vacuum degree is 8×10 −1 Pa, and a charged argon protection gas is of 0.05 MPa. 8. An electronic device, comprising: a casing and electronic components placed in the casing, wherein the casing comprises a zirconium-based (Zr-based) amorphous alloy, and the Zr-based amorphous alloy has one of the following formulas: Zr 57 Cu 29 Ni 3 Al 9 Gd 2 , Zr 63 Cu 17.5 Ni 10 Al 7.5 Er 2 , Zr 60.5 Cu 25 Ni 2 Al 12 Er 0.5 , or Zr 60 Cu 22 Ni 5 Al 12 Dy 1 . 9. An electronic device comprising a Zr-based amorphous alloy that has one of the following formulas: Zr 46.9 Cu 36 Ni 8 Al 8 Er 0.1 Y 1 , Zr 54.5 Cu 30 Ni 5 Al 10 Tm 0.5 , or Zr 50 Cu 35 Ni 4 Al 10 Yb 1 . 10.
