What is claimed is: 1. A liquid crystal display device where a first substrate provided with a plurality of pixel electrodes arranged in a matrix, a plurality of thin film transistors connected to each pixel electrode, a plurality of signal lines, and a second substrate formed with a transparent electrode on a surface opposite to a surface facing to the first substrate, and liquid crystal is sealed between the both substrates, comprising: a terminal area of the first substrate having an inspection pad that are connected to the respective signal lines, a plurality of terminals connected to the respective inspection pads, a plurality of switching devices between the inspection pads and the signal lines, the switching devices switches the connection state of the inspection pads and the signal lines; a conductive tape that electrically connects the transparent electrode of the second substrate and the inspection pads of the first substrate, and a mark for a conductive tape stuck position. 2. The liquid crystal display device according to claim 1 , wherein some of the plurality of inspection pads are covered with the conductive tape; and some others are exposed. 3. The liquid crystal display device according to claim 1 , wherein the first substrate has a driver IC, the plurality of inspection pads are arranged at a position not overlapping with the driver IC, and the plurality of the switching devices are formed in the driver IC. 4. The liquid crystal display device according to claim 3 , comprising: a terminal for supplying an electric potential to the switching devices for a closed state during inspection; and a terminal for supplying an electric potential to the switching devices for an open state when it is the product. 5. The liquid crystal display device according to claim 4 , wherein electric potential of the switching device in the open state is supplied from the driver IC.
