What is claimed is: 1. A pessary device comprising an outer shell, a hollow region, and an aperture to the hollow region; wherein the hollow region comprises a withdrawal assembly and at least a first pair of protuberances and a second pair of protuberances; wherein the withdrawal assembly comprises a withdrawal member and an obstruction; wherein the second pair of protuberances at least partially blocks the aperture; and wherein the first pair of protuberances prevent the second pair of protuberances from bending towards the aperture. 2. The pessary device of claim 1 , wherein the obstruction main body has a shape comprising a length, a width, and a height; wherein at least one of the length, width, or height, is greater in dimension than the other two dimensions. 3. The pessary device of claim 1 , wherein the obstruction comprises one or more interconnected parts. 4. The pessary device of claim 1 , wherein the second pair of protuberances are flexible. 5. The pessary device of claim 1 , wherein the obstruction comprises slots enabled to hold the withdrawal member. 6. The pessary device of claim 1 , wherein the second pair of protuberances are offset along the longitudinal axis. 7. The pessary device of claim 1 , wherein the obstruction has a compressed shape and an expanded shape. 8. The pessary device of claim 1 , wherein the obstruction comprises an outer length, an outer height, and an outer width; and wherein at least one of the obstruction outer length, obstruction outer width, or obstruction outer height is greater than the largest dimension of the aperture. 9. A pessary device comprising a top, a base, a length, a longitudinal axis, a transverse axis, a hollow region, an aperture to the hollow region, and a withdrawal assembly; wherein the withdrawal assembly comprises a withdrawal member and an obstruction; wherein the obstruction comprises an outer length, an outer height, and an outer width; wherein at least one of the obstruction outer length, obstruction outer width, or obstruction outer height is greater than the largest dimension of the aperture; and wherein the hollow region is symmetric about a transverse axis; wherein the hollow region comprises a first end section, a central section and a second end section; wherein the first end section comprises a pair of protuberances; wherein the second end section comprises a pair of protuberances; and wherein the first end section pair of protuberances and the second end section pair of protuberances define the central section of the hollow region. 10. The pessary device of claim 9 , wherein the first end section comprises a first pair of protuberances and a second pair of protuberances. 11. The pessary device of claim 10 , wherein the second pair of protuberances are flexible. 12. The pessary device of claim 11 , wherein the first pair of protuberances prevent the second pair of protuberances from bending towards the aperture. 13. The pessary device of claim 9 , wherein the obstruction comprises slots enabled to hold the withdrawal member. 14. A pessary device comprising an outer shell, a hollow region, and an aperture to the hollow region; wherein the hollow region is symmetric about a transverse axis; wherein the hollow region comprises a first end section, a central section, and a second end section; wherein the hollow region comprises a withdrawal assembly; wherein the withdrawal assembly comprises a withdrawal member and an obstruction; wherein the first end section comprises a first pair of protuberances and a second pair of protuberances; wherein the second pair of protuberances at least partially blocks the aperture; wherein the second end section comprises a third pair of protuberances; and wherein the first end section second pair of protuberances and the second end section third pair of protuberances define the central section of the hollow region. 15. The pessary device of claim 14 , wherein the obstruction main body has a shape comprising a length, a width, and a height; wherein at least one of the length, width, or height, is greater in dimension than the other two dimensions. 16. The pessary device of claim 14 , wherein the obstruction comprises one or more interconnected parts. 17. The pessary device of claim 14 , wherein the second pair of protuberances are flexible. 18. The pessary device of claim 14 , wherein the obstruction comprises slots enabled to hold the withdrawal member. 19. The pessary device of claim 14 , wherein the second pair of protuberances are offset along the longitudinal axis. 20. The pessary device of claim 14 , wherein the obstruction has a compressed shape and an expanded shape. 21. The pessary device of claim 14 , wherein the obstruction comprises an outer length, an outer height, and an outer width; and wherein at least one of the obstruction outer length, obstruction outer width, or obstruction outer height is less than the largest dimension of the central section of the hollow region. 22. The pessary device of claim 14 , wherein the obstruction comprises an outer length, an outer height, and an outer width; and wherein at least one of the obstruction outer length, obstruction outer width, or obstruction outer height is greater than the largest dimension of the aperture.
