An amine according to the invention has a formula (CH 3 ) 2 NCH 2 CH 2 OCH 2 CH 2 CH 2 N(R1)(R2) wherein R1 is selected from (CH 3 ) 2 NCH 2 CH 2 OCH 2 CH 2 CH 2 — and R2 is selected from the group consisting of H—, CH 3 (C n H 2n )—, HO(C m H 2m )— and (CH 3 ) 2 NCH 2 CH 2 OCH 2 CH 2 CH 2 —, n being an integer in the range of 0 to 5, m being an integer in the range of 2 to 4.
