What is claimed is: 1. A method, comprising: receiving, by a user device, a request to place a voice call, wherein the request to place the voice call includes a set of dialed digits; determining, by the user device, that a callee, associated with the voice call, is associated with a visual interface, wherein determining that the call is associated with the visual interface includes: providing, to a server, the set of dialed digits, and receiving, from the server and in response to providing the set of dialed digits, an indication that the set of dialed digits is associated with the visual interface; forgoing, by the user device, placing the requested voice call based on determining that the callee is associated with the visual interface; obtaining, by the user device, the visual interface, wherein obtaining the visual interface further comprises: outputting user information regarding at least one of: the user device, or a user associated with the user device, wherein the visual interface is personalized based on the user information, wherein the visual interface includes information regarding goods or services that are selected based on the user information; and presenting, by the user device, the visual interface. 2. The method of claim 1 , wherein determining that the call is associated with the visual interface further includes: determining that the set of dialed digits is associated with the visual interface. 3. The method of claim 1 , wherein the visual interface includes a set of graphical options, wherein the set of graphical options are based on an interactive voice response (“IVR”) menu associated with the callee. 4. The method of claim 1 , wherein the user information includes information regarding at least one of: a geographical location of the user device, user preference information, or user history information. 5. The method of claim 1 , wherein presenting the visual interface includes: outputting an audible notification regarding the visual interface, the audible notification indicating that the visual interface is being presented and is available for use by a user of the user device. 6. The method of claim 1 , wherein the user information includes: information regarding a geographical location of the user device, and information indicating that the user has purchased tickets to a particular event, the method further comprising: determining that the particular event is in progress at a time that the request, to place the voice call, is received; and determining, based on the geographical location of the user device, that the user device is within a particular proximity of the particular event at the time that the request, to place the voice call, is received, wherein the information regarding goods or services, included in the visual interface, includes information regarding the particular event in progress. 7. The method of claim 6 , wherein the user information further includes: ticket information, for the particular event, associated with the user; wherein the information regarding goods or services, included in the visual interface, includes ticket upgrade information, the ticket upgrade information relating to upgrading one or more seats associated with the ticket information. 8. The method of claim 1 , wherein the user information includes: automobile diagnostic information collected from an automobile diagnostic device that is communicatively coupled to the user device, wherein the information regarding goods or services, included in the visual interface, includes a selectable option to contact a roadside assistance service, the selectable option being presented based on the automobile diagnostic information. 9. The method of claim 1 , wherein the user information includes: information regarding a geographical location of the user device, wherein the information regarding goods or services, included in the visual interface, includes a selectable option to purchase tickets to events that have been selected based on the geographical location of the user device. 10. A user device, comprising: a memory device storing a set of processor-executable instructions; and a processor configured to execute the processor-executable instructions, wherein executing the processor-executable instructions causes the processor to: receive a request to place a voice call, wherein the request to place the voice call includes a set of dialed digits; provide, to a server, the set of dialed digits; receive, from the server and in response to providing the set of dialed digits, an indication that the set of dialed digits is associated with a visual interface; forgo, based on the indication that the set of dialed digits is associated with the visual interface, placing the requested voice call; output, to a server device, user information regarding at least one of: the user device, or a user associated with the user device; and receive the visual interface, associated with an intended callee of the requested voice call, from the server device, wherein the received visual interface is personalized based on the user information; wherein the personalized visual interface includes information regarding goods or services that are selected based on the user information; and present the customized visual interface, in lieu of placing the requested voice call. 11. The user device of claim 10 , wherein executing the processor-executable instructions further causes the processor to: determine, based on the set of dialed digits, that the intended callee is associated with the visual interface. 12. The user device of claim 10 , wherein the visual interface includes a set of graphical options, wherein the set of graphical options are based on an interactive voice response (“IVR”) menu associated with the callee. 13. The user device of claim 10 , wherein the user information includes information regarding at least one of: a geographical location of the user device, user preference information, or user history information. 14. The user device of claim 10 , wherein executing the processor-executable instructions, to present the visual interface, causes the processor to: output an audible notification, indicating that the visual interface has been presented in lieu of the voice call being placed to the callee. 15. The user device of claim 10 , wherein the user information includes: information regarding a geographical location of the user device, and information indicating that the user has purchased tickets to a particular event, wherein executing the computer-executable instructions further causes the processor to: determine that the particular event is in progress at a time that the request, to place the voice call, is received; and determine, based on the geographical location of the user device, that the user device is within a particular proximity of the particular event at the time that the request, to place the voice call, is received, wherein the information regarding goods or services, included in the visual interface, includes information regarding the particular event in progress. 16. The user device of claim 15 , wherein the user information further includes: ticket information, for the particular event, associated with the user; wherein the information regarding goods or services, included in the visual interface, includes ticket upgrade information, the ticket upgrade information relating to upgrading one or more seats associated with the ticket information. 17.
