1 . A current collector, comprising: a first layer that includes Al; a second layer that is disposed on the first layer and includes a metal element M, the metal element M having an oxidation-reduction potential based on Li of 2.3V or more and not being an amphoteric element; and a third layer that is disposed on the second layer and includes a resin. 2 . The current collector according to claim 1 , wherein the metal element M includes at least one selected from the group consisting of Ni, Cr and Fe; 3 . The current collector according to claim 1 , which is used as a current collector of a solid-state battery. 4 . A battery, comprising a configuration in which a first current collector, a first electrode layer, an intermediate layer, a second electrode layer and a second current collector are disposed in this order, the first current collector comprising; a first layer that includes Al; a second layer that is disposed on the first layer and includes a metal element M, the metal element M having an oxidation-reduction potential based on Li of 2.3V or more and not being an amphoteric element; and a third layer that is disposed on the second layer and includes a resin, the third layer being in contact with the first electrode layer. 5 . The battery according to claim 4 , wherein the metal element M includes at least one selected from the group consisting of Ni, Cr and Fe. 6 . The battery according to claim 4 , wherein the intermediate layer includes a solid electrolyte. 7 . The battery according to claim 4 , wherein the first electrode layer includes an electrode active material, the electrode active material including at least one selected from the group consisting of Si and C.
