A transaction card may monitor an amount of electric current induced in a first near-field communication (NFC) component of a transaction card. Electric current may be induced in the first NFC component when the first NFC component is within an electromagnetic field generated by a second NFC component of a transaction terminal. The transaction card may dynamically activate one or more output components associated with the transaction card based on the amount of electric current induced in the first NFC component. The one or more output components may indicate whether the transaction card can communicate with the transaction terminal. The transaction card may perform an action related to completing a transaction after determining that the amount of electric current induced in the NFC component satisfies a first threshold. The first threshold may indicate that the transaction card can communicate with the transaction terminal.

What is claimed is: 1 . A method comprising: activating, by a device, a first set of output components to indicate that a first amount of electric current has been induced in a near-field communication (NFC) component of the device; and activating, by the device, a second set of output components to indicate that a second amount of electric current has been induced in the NFC component of the device. 2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the first set of output components are a first set of light emitting elements. 3 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the first set of output components are different than a second set of output components. 4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the device is a first device, and wherein activating the second set of output components to indicate that the second amount of electric current has been induced in the NFC component of the first device comprises: activating the second set of output components to indicate that the second amount of electric current has been induced in the NFC component of the first device based on a different orientation of the NFC component of the first device and an NFC component of a second device. 5 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising: activating a third set of output components to indicate that a third amount of electric current has been induced in the NFC component of the device. 6 . The method of claim 5 , wherein the third set of output components indicate that the device can complete a transaction based on the third amount of electric current induced in the NFC component of the device. 7 . The method of claim 5 , wherein the third set of output components are a third set of light emitting elements. 8 . A device comprising: one or more memories; and one or more processors, coupled to the one or more memories, configured to: activate a first set of output components to indicate that a first amount of electric current has been induced in a communication component of the device; and activate a second set of output components to indicate that a second amount of electric current has been induced in the communication component of the device. 9 . The device of claim 8 , wherein the first set of output components indicates that the device is within an electromagnetic field generated by another device. 10 . The device of claim 8 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to: activate a third set of output components to indicate that a third amount of electric current has been induced in the communication component of the device. 11 . The device of claim 10 , wherein the device is a transaction card, and wherein the third set of output components indicates that transaction card completes a transaction based on the third amount of electric current induced in the communication component of transaction card. 12 . The device of claim 10 , wherein the third set of output components are a third set of light emitting elements. 13 . The device of claim 8 , wherein the one or more processors, to activate a second set of output components, are configured to: trigger the activation of the second set of output components based on the second amount of electric current being induced in the communication component of the device. 14 . The device of claim 8 , wherein the communication component is a near-field communication (NFC) component. 15 . A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing a set of instructions, the set of instructions comprising: one or more instructions that, when executed by one or more processors of a device, cause the device to: activate a first output component to indicate that a first amount of electric current has been induced in a near-field communication (NFC) component of the device; and activate a second output component to indicate that a second amount of electric current has been induced in the NFC component of the device. 16 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the first output component includes one or more of: a light emitting element, a speaker, a vibration motor, or a screen. 17 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the one or more instructions, that cause the device to activate the second output component, cause the device to: activate the second output component based on detecting that the second amount of electric current satisfies a threshold. 18 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the device is a first device, and wherein activating the first output component facilitates proper orientation of the NFC component of the first device relative to an NFC component of a second device. 19 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the first output component is a sensory output component. 20 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the first output component indicates that the device is within an electromagnetic field generated by another device.
