The peptide according to claim 1 , wherein the peptide comprises a sequence represented by the following Formula 1 or 2: where X1 is Val, Gln, Gly, or Ile; X2 is Ser or absent; X3 is Ile or absent; X4 is Lys or absent; X5 is Gly or absent; X6 is Ala or absent; and X7 is Tyr or absent, where X1 is Ala or absent; X2 is Val or absent; X3 is Ser or absent; X4 is Ser or absent; X5 is Ile or absent; and X6 is Lys, Ala, Arg, Ile, Ser, Val, or absent. 3 . The peptide according to claim 1 , wherein the peptide comprises any one of amino acid sequences of SEQ ID NOs: 1 to 15. 4 . A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating an inflammatory disease, the pharmaceutical composition comprising the peptide according to claim 1 . 5 . The pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating an inflammatory disease according to claim 4 , wherein the inflammatory disease is selected from the group consisting of arthritis, metabolic diseases, hepatitis, enteritis, gastritis, gastric ulcer, esophagitis, dermatitis, encephalitis, depression, anxiety disorder, cognitive disorder, memory disorder, degenerative brain disease, and developmental disability. 6 . A composition for tissue regeneration comprising the peptide according to claim 1 . 7 . The composition for tissue regeneration according to claim 6 , wherein the tissue is selected from skin, muscle, hair, hair follicles, or hair roots. 8 . The composition for tissue regeneration according to claim 6 , wherein the tissue regeneration is selected from skin regeneration, muscle tissue regeneration, wound healing, muscle strength enhancement, hair loss prevention, hair growth promotion, trichogen promotion, damaged hair improvement, or hair regeneration. 9 . A composition for preventing or improving an inflammatory disease, the composition comprising the peptide according to claim 1 , wherein the composition is a health functional food, feed, veterinary medicine, quasi-drug, or cosmetic composition. 10 . A composition for tissue regeneration comprising the peptide according to claim 1 , wherein the composition is a health functional food, feed, veterinary medicine, quasi-drug, or cosmetic composition. 11 . A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating a tissue damage-related disease, the pharmaceutical composition comprising the peptide according to claim 1 . 12 . A method for preventing or treating an inflammatory disease, the method comprising administering the peptide according to claim 1 to a subject. 13 . A tissue regeneration method comprising administering the peptide according to claim 1 to a subject. 14 . A polynucleotide encoding the peptide according to claim 1 . 15 .
