What is claimed is: 1 . A copy cell, comprising: a first region made of a first material and having a cylindrical shape; a second region located outside the first region and made of a second material; and a third region located outside the second region and made of the first material. 2 . The copy cell as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the first material is a metal. 3 . The copy cell as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the first material is stainless steel. 4 . The copy cell as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the second material is an insulating material. 5 . The copy cell as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the second material is plastic or urethane. 6 . The copy cell as claimed in claim 5 , wherein the second material is in the form of a foam or a gel. 7 . The copy cell as claimed in claim 1 , wherein: the first region has a first thickness that is a distance from a center of the cell to an outer surface of the first region; the second region has a second thickness that is a distance from the outer surface of the first region to an outer surface of the second region; and the ratio of the first thickness to the second thickness is about 3:1. 8 . The copy cell as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the copy cell has a height and a diameter, and a diameter-to-height ratio of the copy cell is about 1:1.7 to about 1:1.8. 9 . The copy cell as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the first region has a thermal conductivity of about 13 W/mK to about 18 W/mK. 10 . The copy cell as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the second region has a thermal conductivity of about 0.3 W/mK. 11 . The copy cell as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a thermal conductivity in a thickness direction of the copy cell is about 1.3 W/mK.
