Provided are a probe for a three-dimensional coordinate measuring device that enable calculation of coordinates of a measurement point of a measurement target with high accuracy. The probe is used in the three-dimensional coordinate measuring device that calculates coordinates of a measurement point of a measurement target. In the probe, a plurality of markers whose image is captured by an imaging unit are held by a probe holding unit. A stylus, which is brought into contact with the measurement target to specify the measurement point, is attached to the probe holding unit. The stylus has a predetermined positional relationship with respect to the plurality of measurement markers. The probe holding unit is connected to a probe casing in a freely movable manner. A magnetic sensor that outputs a signal corresponding to a displacement amount of the probe holding unit with respect to the probe casing is provided inside the probe casing.

What is claimed is: 1 . A probe for a three-dimensional coordinate measuring device, the probe being used in a three-dimensional coordinate measuring device that calculates coordinates of a measurement point in a measurement target based on a plurality of measurement markers whose image has been captured by an imaging unit, the probe for a three-dimensional coordinate measuring device comprising: a probe holding unit that holds the plurality of measurement markers; a stylus that includes a contact part and is attached to the probe holding unit with a predetermined positional relationship with respect to the plurality of measurement markers, wherein the contact part is brought into contact with the measurement target to specify the measurement point; a probe casing that accommodates at least a part of the probe holding unit so as to enable capturing of an image of the plurality of measurement markers from an outside; an elastic body that is accommodated in the probe casing and arranged between the probe casing and the probe holding unit so as to enable the probe holding unit to be displaced with respect to the probe casing in accordance with the contact between the stylus and the measurement target; and a displacement sensor that is accommodated in the probe casing and outputs a signal corresponding to a displacement amount of the probe holding unit with respect to the probe casing as a signal related to the contact between the stylus and the measurement target. 2 . The probe for a three-dimensional coordinate measuring device according to claim 1 , further comprising a probe control unit that outputs a trigger signal to permit a start of processing for calculating the coordinates of the specified measurement point in a case where a predetermined reference condition for the displacement amount corresponding to the signal output from the displacement sensor is satisfied when the measurement point is specified. 3 . The probe for a three-dimensional coordinate measuring device according to claim 2 , further comprising a condition setting unit that sets the reference condition, wherein the reference condition is that a difference between the displacement amount corresponding to the signal output from the displacement sensor and a reference displacement amount is within a predetermined allowable range, and the condition setting unit sets a displacement amount corresponding to a signal output from the displacement sensor at one time point as the reference displacement amount, and updates the reference displacement amount with a displacement amount corresponding to a signal output from the displacement sensor after a predetermined time has elapsed from the one time point. 4 . The probe for a three-dimensional coordinate measuring device according to claim 2 , further comprising a motion detection unit that detects a motion of the probe casing, wherein the probe control unit outputs the trigger signal in a case where a motion amount per unit time detected by the motion detection unit is equal to or smaller than a first threshold, and does not output the trigger signal in a case where the motion amount per unit time detected by the motion detection unit is larger than the first threshold. 5 . The probe for a three-dimensional coordinate measuring device according to claim 4 , further comprising a posture detection unit that detects a posture of the probe casing, wherein the probe control unit outputs the trigger signal in a case where a change amount of the posture per unit time detected by the posture detection unit is equal to or smaller than a second threshold, and does not output the trigger signal in a case where the change amount of the posture per unit time detected by the posture detection unit is larger than the second threshold. 6 . The probe for a three-dimensional coordinate measuring device according to claim 1 , wherein the displacement sensor includes a magnetic sensor. 7 . The probe for a three-dimensional coordinate measuring device according to claim 1 , wherein a grip section that is grippable by a user is connected to the probe casing. 8 . A three-dimensional coordinate measuring device comprising: the probe for a three-dimensional coordinate measuring device according to claim 1 ; an imaging unit that captures an image of the plurality of measurement markers of the probe based on an output signal of the displacement sensor; and a calculation unit that calculates coordinates of the measurement point specified by the contact part based on image data indicating the image of the plurality of measurement markers captured by the imaging unit. 9 . A three-dimensional coordinate measuring system comprising: a three-dimensional coordinate measuring device that calculates coordinates of a measurement point in a measurement target based on a plurality of measurement markers whose image has been captured by an imaging unit; a probe including the plurality of measurement markers; a robot configured to be capable of moving while holding the probe; and a robot control unit, wherein the probe includes: a probe holding unit that holds the plurality of measurement markers; a stylus that includes a contact part, which is brought into contact with the measurement target to specify the measurement point, and is attached to the probe holding unit with a predetermined positional relationship with respect to the plurality of measurement markers; a probe casing that is held by the robot and accommodates at least a part of the probe holding unit so as to enable capturing of an image of the plurality of measurement markers from an outside; an elastic body that is accommodated in the probe casing and arranged between the probe casing and the probe holding unit so as to enable the probe holding unit to be displaced with respect to the probe casing in accordance with the contact between the stylus and the measurement target; a displacement sensor that is accommodated in the probe casing and outputs a signal corresponding to a displacement amount of the probe holding unit with respect to the probe casing as a signal related to the contact between the stylus and the measurement target; and a probe control unit that outputs a trigger signal to permit a start of processing for calculating the coordinates of the specified measurement point in a case where a predetermined reference condition for the displacement amount corresponding to the signal output from the displacement sensor is satisfied when the measurement point is specified, the robot control unit controls an operation of the robot based on an output of the displacement sensor, and the three-dimensional coordinate measuring device includes: the imaging unit that captures an image of the plurality of measurement markers of the probe in a case where the trigger signal is output from the probe control unit; and a calculation unit that calculates the coordinates of the measurement point specified by the contact part based on image data indicating the image of the plurality of measurement markers captured by the imaging unit. 10 . A three-dimensional coordinate measuring method for calculating coordinates of a measurement point in a measurement target using a probe, the probe including: a probe holding unit that holds a plurality of measurement markers; a stylus that includes a contact part, which is brought into contact with the measurement target to specify the measurement point, and is attached to the probe holding unit with a predetermined positional relationship with respect to the plurality of measurement markers; a probe casing that accommodates at least a part of the probe holding unit so as to enable capturing o
