A centrifuge according to one or more embodiments may include a rotor comprising a holder that holds a reaction container, the rotor swingably supporting the holder; a rotating shaft connected to the rotor; a drive that rotates the rotating shaft; and a temperature adjustment unit including a heat transfer surface provided in contact with or close to at least a part of the holder when the drive stops rotating the rotating shaft.

1 . A centrifuge comprising: a rotor comprising a holder that holds a reaction container, the rotor swingably supporting the holder; a rotating shaft connected to the rotor; a drive that rotates the rotating shaft; and a temperature adjustment unit including a heat transfer surface provided in contact with or close to at least a part of the holder when the drive stops rotating the rotating shaft. 2 . The centrifuge according to claim 1 , wherein the heat transfer surface is provided in contact with or close to at least a part of a side surface of the holder on the rotating shaft side. 3 . The centrifuge according to claim 1 , wherein the temperature adjustment unit comprises a main body that performs heating or cooling and a heat transfer member connected to the main body and including the heat transfer surface. 4 . The centrifuge according to claim 3 , wherein the main body is positioned below the heat transfer member. 5 . The centrifuge according to claim 3 , wherein the main body comprises a Peltier element. 6 . The centrifuge according to claim 1 , wherein the heat transfer surface comprises a curved surface, and the holder comprises a curved surface to be paired with the curved surface of the heat transfer surface in an area of the holder, the area being in contact with or close to the heat transfer surface. 7 . The centrifuge according to claim 1 , wherein the heat transfer surface comprises a flat surface, and the holder comprises a flat surface in an area of the holder, the area being in contact with or close to the heat transfer surface. 8 . The centrifuge according to claim 1 , wherein the rotor comprises at least two holders, and each of heat transfer surfaces is provided for each of the holders, respectively. 9 . The centrifuge according to claim 1 , wherein the holder comprises a holder main body comprising a holding hole formed for receiving the reaction container, and a holder heat transfer section comprising an area in contact with or close to the heat transfer surface of the temperature adjustment unit, and the holder heat transfer section has a higher thermal conductivity than the holder main body. 10 . The centrifuge according to claim 1 , wherein the rotor supports the holder such that the holder moves away from the heat transfer surface during rotation of the rotor. 11 . The centrifuge according to claim 1 , wherein with the rotor being stopped, a distance between the heat transfer surface and at least a part of an area of the holder, the area being in contact with or close to the heat transfer surface, is 10 mm or less. 12 . A specimen preparation device that prepares a specimen by reacting a reagent with a sample, comprising: the centrifuge according to claim 1 ; a dispenser that dispenses the reagent into the reaction container; and a controller programmed to control the temperature adjustment unit. 13 . The specimen preparation device according to claim 12 , wherein the temperature adjustment unit comprises a main body for performing heating or cooling, and the controller controls the main body such that the heat transfer surface is at a temperature from 0° C. to 10° C. 14 . The specimen preparation device according to claim 13 , further comprising: a reagent setting part that is configured such that a reagent container containing the reagent is set in the reagent setting part and that includes a reagent temperature adjustment unit, wherein the controller controls the main body part and the reagent temperature adjustment unit such that the reagent dispensed in the reaction container held by the holder and the reagent contained in the reagent container set in the reagent setting part have a same temperature. 15 . The specimen preparation device according to claim 12 , wherein the sample comprises blood, and the reagent comprises an antibody reagent. 16 . A specimen preparation method for preparing a specimen by reacting a reagent with a sample, comprising: reacting the reagent with the sample by dispensing the reagent into a reaction container held by a holder of a centrifuge; and contacting a heat transfer surface of the centrifuge with, or arranging the heat transfer surface close to at least a part of the holder when the reaction container stops. 17 . The specimen preparation method according to claim 16 , further comprising performing heating or cooling the heat transfer surface at a temperature from 0° C. to 10° C. 18 . The specimen preparation method according to claim 16 , further comprising: controlling a temperature of the reagent dispensed in the reaction container held by the holder to have a same temperature of the reagent contained in a reagent container. 19 . The specimen preparation method according to claim 16 , wherein the sample comprises blood, and the reagent comprises an antibody reagent. 20 . The specimen preparation method according to claim 16 , wherein the heat transfer surface is provided in contact with or close to at least a part of a side surface of the holder on a rotating shaft side of the centrifuge.
