A self-light emitting display device comprises a circuit board including a driving thin-film transistor; a cathode; an organic film disposed between the circuit board and the cathode; an anode disposed between the circuit board and the organic film; and a color filter disposed between the circuit board and the anode and including a first color filter unit, a second color filter unit, and a third color filter unit; wherein the third color filter unit has a portion disposed between the first color filter unit and the second color filter unit, and wherein the third color filter unit is thicker than the first color filter unit and the second color filter unit.

What is claimed is: 1 . A self-light emitting display device, comprising: a circuit board including a driving thin-film transistor; a cathode; an organic film disposed between the circuit board and the cathode; an anode disposed between the circuit board and the organic film; and a color filter disposed between the circuit board and the anode and including a first color filter unit, a second color filter unit, and a third color filter unit; wherein the third color filter unit has a portion disposed between the first color filter unit and the second color filter unit, and wherein the third color filter unit is thicker than the first color filter unit and the second color filter unit. 2 . The self-light emitting display device of claim 1 , further comprising: a color conversion layer disposed between the color filter and the anode and including a first color conversion unit and a second color conversion unit, wherein the first color conversion unit is disposed over the first color filter unit, and the second color conversion unit is placed over the second color filter unit, and wherein the third color filter unit has another portion disposed between the first color conversion unit and the second color conversion unit. 3 . The self-light emitting display device of claim 2 , wherein the third color filter unit includes a contact hole corresponding to a region in which the anode and the driving thin-film transistor overlap each other, and wherein the anode is electrically connected with the driving thin-film transistor through the contact hole. 4 . The self-light emitting display device of claim 3 , further comprising: a passivation film disposed between the color conversion layer and the anode, wherein the passivation film includes a first region overlapping the color conversion layer and a second region overlapping the third color filter unit, wherein the second region includes a through hole which communicates with the contact hole, and wherein the anode is electrically connected with the driving thin-film transistor through the through hole and the contact hole. 5 . The self-light emitting display device of claim 4 , wherein the passivation film further includes a third region which is thicker than the third color filter unit. 6 . A self-light emitting display device, comprising: a circuit board including a driving thin-film transistor; a cathode; an organic film disposed between the circuit board and the cathode; an anode disposed between the circuit board and the organic film; and a color filter disposed between the circuit board and the anode, wherein the color filter includes a first color filter unit, a second color filter unit, and a third color filter unit, wherein the third color filter unit has a portion disposed between the first color filter unit and the second color filter unit, and wherein the third color filter unit has a contact hole corresponding to a region in which the anode and the driving thin-film transistor overlap each other. 7 . The self-light emitting display device of claim 6 , further comprising a color conversion layer disposed between the color filter and the anode and including a first color conversion unit and a second color conversion unit, wherein the first color conversion unit is disposed over the first color filter unit, and the second color conversion unit is placed over the second color filter unit, and wherein the third color filter unit has another portion disposed between the first color conversion unit and the second color conversion unit. 8 . The self-light emitting display device of claim 7 , further comprising a passivation film disposed between the color conversion layer and the anode, wherein the passivation film includes a first region overlapping the color conversion layer, and a second region overlapping the third color filter unit, wherein the second region includes a through hole which communicates with the contact hole, and wherein the anode is electrically connected with the driving thin-film transistor through the through hole and the contact hole. 9 . The self-light emitting display device of claim 6 , wherein the third color filter unit is thicker than the first color filter unit and the second color filter unit. 10 . The self-light emitting display device of claim 8 , wherein the passivation film further includes a third region which is thicker than the third color filter unit. 11 . A self-light emitting display device, comprising: a circuit board including a driving thin-film transistor; a cathode; an organic film disposed between the circuit board and the cathode; an anode disposed between the circuit board and the organic film; a color conversion layer disposed between the circuit board and the anode and including a red conversion unit and a green conversion unit; and a blue filter unit having a portion which is disposed between the red conversion unit and the green conversion unit, wherein the blue filter unit has a contact hole corresponding to a region in which the anode and the driving thin-film transistor overlap each other. 12 . The self-light emitting display device of claim 11 , further comprising a passivation film disposed between the color conversion layer and the anode, wherein the passivation film includes a first region overlapping the color conversion layer, and a second region overlapping the blue filter unit, wherein the second region includes a through hole which communicates with the contact hole, and wherein the anode is electrically connected with the driving thin-film transistor through the through hole and the contact hole. 13 . The self-light emitting display device of claim 11 , wherein the blue filter unit is thicker than the red conversion unit and the green conversion unit. 14 . The self-light emitting display device of claim 12 , wherein the passivation film further includes a third region which is thicker than the blue filter unit.
