A molten refractory product having the following average chemical composition, in wt % on the basis of oxides and for a total of 100%: Al 2 O 3 : balance to 100%; Fe 2 O 3 : 0.6%-5.0% and/or TiO 2 : 1.5%-10.0%; Fe 2 O 3 +TiO 2 ≦10.0%; Na 2 O+K 2 O: 1.0%-8.0%; SiO 2 : 0.2%-2.0%; CaO+BaO+SrO: ≦0.5%; Other oxide species: ≦1.5%. Also, a glass-melting furnace and the use of the refractory product in the glass-melting furnace.

A molten refractory product having the following average chemical composition, as weight percentages on the basis of oxides and for a total of 100%: Al 2 O 3 : balance to 100%; Fe 2 O 3 : 0.6%-5.0% and/or TiO 2 : 1.5%-10.0%; provided that Fe 2 O 3 +TiO 2 ≦10.0%; Na 2 O+K 2 O: 1.0%-8.0%; SiO 2 : 0.2%-2.0%; CaO+BaO+SrO: ≦0.5%; oxide species other than Al 2 O 3 , Fe 2 O 3 , TiO 2 , Na 2 O, K 2 O, SiO 2 , CaO, BaO and SrO: ≦1.5%. 2 . The product as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the content of Fe 2 O 3 +TiO 2 is less than or equal to 8.0%. 3 . The product as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the content of Fe 2 O 3 is less than or equal to 3.0%. 4 . The product as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the content of TiO 2 is less than or equal to 6.0%. 5 . The product as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the content of TiO 2 is between 2.5%-5.0% and the content of Fe 2 O 3 +TiO 2 is between 2.5%-6.0%. 6 . The product as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the content of Fe 2 O 3 is between 1.0%-3.0% and the content of TiO 2 is between 2.0%-4.0%. 7 . The product as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the content of SiO 2 is less than or equal to 1.0%. 8 . The product as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the content of Na 2 O+K 2 O is less than or equal to 7.0%. 9 . The product as claimed in claim 1 , which is in the form of a block having a weight of more than 10 kg. 10 . A glass-melting furnace, comprising a product as claimed in claim 1 . 11 . The furnace as claimed in claim 10 , wherein said product is arranged in a superstructure.
