What is claimed is: 1 . A VCM (Voice Coil Motor) comprising: a housing; a bobbin disposed inside the housing; a coil disposed on the bobbin; a magnet disposed on the housing and facing the coil; a cover member disposed at an upper side of the housing; an upper elastic member comprising a first fixing part disposed between the housing and the cover member, a second fixing part coupled with the bobbin, and a connection part connecting the first fixing part and the second fixing part; and a support protrusion protruded from a bottom surface of the cover member, wherein the upper elastic member comprises a first through hole formed on the first fixing part and coupled with the support protrusion. 2 . The VCM of claim 1 , wherein the housing comprises a second through hole coupled with the support protrusion. 3 . The VCM of claim 2 , wherein a bottom surface of the support protrusion is contacted with an upper surface of the magnet. 4 . The VCM of claim 1 , wherein the cover member comprises a lateral wall protruded from the bottom surface of the cover member, wherein the lateral wall is formed along an outer periphery of the cover member, and wherein a bottom surface of the lateral wall is disposed on an upper surface of the housing. 5 . The VCM of claim 4 , wherein the support protrusion is spaced from the lateral wall. 6 . The VCM of claim 4 , wherein the bottom surface of the lateral wall is disposed upper than a bottom surface of the support protrusion. 7 . The VCM of claim 1 , wherein the first fixing part is contacted with the bottom surface of the cover member. 8 . The VCM of claim 1 , wherein the first fixing part is spaced from an upper surface of the housing. 9 . The VCM of claim 1 , wherein the cover member comprises a staircase part recessed from the bottom surface of the cover member and overlapped with the connection part in a direction of an optical axis. 10 . The VCM of claim 9 , wherein the connection part is spaced from the cover member and the housing. 11 . The VCM of claim 1 , further comprising an auxiliary support protrusion protruded from the bottom surface of the cover member and spaced from the support protrusion, wherein the upper elastic member comprises an auxiliary through hole formed on the first fixing part and coupled with the auxiliary support protrusion. 12 . The VCM of claim 1 , wherein a length of the support protrusion is made longer to allow being inserted deep into an inner space part of the housing member, whereby the cover member is fixed to the housing member by changing a shape of a distal end of the support protrusion. 13 . The VCM of claim 1 , further comprising a holder member disposed inside the housing, wherein the magnet is coupled with the holder member. 14 . The VCM of claim 13 , further comprising a base disposed at a bottom side of the holder member, wherein the base is coupled with the housing. 15 . The VCM of claim 13 , further comprising a bottom elastic member disposed between the holder member and the base, wherein the bottom elastic member is electrically connected with the coil. 16 . The VCM of claim 1 , wherein the bobbin comprises an accommodation groove recessed from an outer lateral surface to form a space, wherein the housing comprises an inner yoke disposed in the space formed by the accommodation groove. 17 . A camera module comprising: a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) an image sensor disposed on the PCB; a housing disposed over the PCB; a bobbin disposed inside the housing; a coil disposed on the bobbin; a magnet disposed on the housing and facing the coil; a cover member disposed at an upper side of the housing; an upper elastic member comprising a first fixing part disposed between the housing and the cover member, a second fixing part coupled with the bobbin, and a connection part connecting the first fixing part and the second fixing part; and a support protrusion protruded from a bottom surface of the cover member, wherein the upper elastic member comprises a first through hole formed on the first fixing part and coupled with the support protrusion.
