According to one embodiment, a system includes a memory comprising instructions, an interface, and a processor communicatively coupled to the memory and the interface. The interface is configured to receive, from a user device, a request to create a token associated with user identification information. The processor is configured, when executing the instructions, to generate, based on the request, a token associated with the user identification information and the user device. The interface is further configured to send the generated token to the user device for storage, and the processor is further configured to generate a token record associated with the generated token.

What is claimed is: 1 . A system, comprising: a memory comprising instructions; an interface configured to receive, from a user device, a request to create a token associated with user identification information; and a processor communicatively coupled to the memory and the interface, the processor configured, when executing the instructions, to generate, based on the request, a token associated with the user identification information and the user device; wherein the interface is further configured to send the generated token to the user device for storage; and wherein the processor is further configured to generate a token record associated with the generated token. 2 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the token comprises a non-exploitable representation of the user identification information. 3 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the processor is further configured to store the token record in a database. 4 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the token is associated with driver's license information. 5 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the token is associated with social security information. 6 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the token is associated with passport information. 7 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the token is associated with a personal identification number. 8 . A method, comprising: receiving, from a user device, a request to create a token associated with user identification information; generating, based on the request, a token associated with the user identification information and the user device; sending the generated token to the user device for storage; and generating a token record associated with the generated token. 9 . The method of claim 8 , wherein the token comprises a non-exploitable representation of the user identification information. 10 . The method of claim 8 , further comprising storing the token record in a database. 11 . The method of claim 8 , wherein the token is associated with driver's license information. 12 . The method of claim 8 , wherein the token is associated with social security information. 13 . The method of claim 8 , wherein the token is associated with passport information. 14 . The method of claim 8 , wherein the token is associated with a personal identification number. 15 . A computer-readable medium comprising instructions that are configured, when executed by a processor, to: receive, from a user device, a request to create a token associated with user identification information; generate, based on the request, a token associated with the user identification information and the user device; send the generated token to the user device for storage; and generate a token record associated with the generated token. 16 . The computer-readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the token comprises a non-exploitable representation of the user identification information. 17 . The computer-readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the processor is further configured to store the token record in a database. 18 . The computer-readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the token is associated with driver's license information. 19 . The computer-readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the token is associated with social security information. 20 . The computer-readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the token is associated with passport information.
