In one aspect, the invention relates to an isolated polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence that is at least 95% identical to SEQ ID NO: 68. In another aspect, the invention relates to an immunogenic composition including an isolated non-lipidated, non-pyruvylated ORF2086 polypeptide from Neisseria meningitidis serogroup B, and at least one conjugated capsular saccharide from a meningococcal

What is claimed is: 1 . An isolated non-lipidated and non-pyruvylated polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence that is at least 95% identical to SEQ ID NO: 68, wherein an N-terminal cysteine at position 1 is not present, as compared to SEQ ID NO: 15. 2 . The polypeptide according to claim 2 , wherein the sequence comprises SEQ ID NO: 68, wherein an N-terminal cysteine at position 1 is deleted, as compared to SEQ ID NO: 15. 3 . The polypeptide according to claim 2 , wherein the sequence comprises SEQ ID NO: 68, wherein an N-terminal cysteine at position 1 is substituted, as compared to SEQ ID NO: 15. 4 . The polypeptide according to claim 3 , wherein the polypeptide comprises the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 64. 5 . The polypeptide according to claim 1 , wherein the polypeptide is immunogenic. 6 . The polypeptide according to claim 1 , wherein the polypeptide does not exhibit a mass shift of about +70 Da compared to the corresponding non-lipidated polypeptide as measured by mass spectrometry. 7 . The isolated polypeptide according to claim 1 , wherein the amino acid sequence consists of the sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 68. 8 . The isolated polypeptide according to claim 7 , wherein the polypeptide is encoded by the nucleic acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 69. 9 . The isolated polypeptide according to claim 1 , wherein the amino acid sequence consists of the sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 64. 10 . The isolated polypeptide according to claim 9 , wherein the polypeptide is encoded by the nucleic acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 63. 11 . An immunogenic composition comprising the polypeptide as in any of claims 1 , 2 , 4 , 5 , 6 , 7 , 8 , 9 , and 10 . 12 . The composition according to claim 11 , further comprising an isolated non-lipidated and non-pyruvylated polypeptide having the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 71, wherein an N-terminal cysteine at position 1 is deleted as compared to SEQ ID NO: 70. 13 . The composition according to claim 11 , further comprising an isolated non-lipidated and non-pyruvylated polypeptide having the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 49, wherein an N-terminal cysteine at position 1 is deleted as compared to SEQ ID NO: 18. 14 . The composition according to claim 11 , further comprising an isolated non-lipidated and non-pyruvylated polypeptide having the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 76. 15 . The composition according to claim 11 , further comprising an isolated non-lipidated and non-pyruvylated polypeptide having the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 75. 16 . The composition according to claim 11 , further comprising an adjuvant.
