1 . A cash transaction machine comprising: a deposit unit that accepts currency bills from outside; a discriminating unit that discriminates the authenticity of the currency bills; a serial number reading unit that reads the serial numbers of the currency bills; and a presentation unit that presents, to a customer for each deposit transaction, the serial number of a currency bill judged to be a fake bill by the discriminating unit. 2 . The cash transaction machine according to claim 1 , wherein the presentation unit includes a display unit that displays the serial number of the currency bill judged to be a fake bill by the discriminating unit. 3 . The cash transaction machine according to claim 1 , wherein the presentation unit includes a printing unit that prints on a medium the serial number of the currency bill judged to be a fake bill by the discriminating unit and a medium delivery unit that delivers the medium to the customer. 4 . The cash transaction machine according to claim 1 , further comprising a serial number recording unit that records and saves the serial number of the currency bill judged to be a fake bill by the discriminating unit. 5 . The cash transaction machine according to claim 4 , wherein the serial number recording unit includes a storage unit that stores, in a predetermined electronic storage medium in the cash transaction machine, the serial number of the currency bill judged to be a fake bill by the discriminating unit. 6 . The cash transaction machine according to claim 4 , wherein the serial number recording unit includes a printing unit that prints on a paper medium the serial number of the currency bill judged to be a fake bill by the discriminating unit. 7 . The cash transaction machine according to claim 4 , wherein the serial number recording unit records and saves the serial number in a predetermined storage device disposed outside the cash transaction machine. 8 . The cash transaction machine according to claim 1 , wherein the presentation unit presents to the customer the serial number of the currency bill judged to be a fake bill by the discriminating unit, together with machine identification information that identifies the cash transaction machine. 9 . The cash transaction machine according to claim 8 , wherein the presentation unit further presents to the customer a reason why the currency bill was judged to be a fake bill. 10 . The cash transaction machine according to claim 8 , wherein the presentation unit includes a printing unit that prints on a medium the machine identification information and a medium delivery unit that delivers the medium to the customer. 11 . The cash transaction machine according to claim 8 , wherein the machine identification information is a unique serial number assigned beforehand to the cash transaction machine. 12 . The cash transaction machine according to claim 8 , wherein the machine identification information is a management number for managing the cash transaction machine in a facility where the cash transaction machine is installed. 13 . The cash transaction machine according to claim 1 , wherein the presentation unit presents to the customer the serial number of the currency bill judged to be a fake bill by the discriminating unit, together with a reason why the currency bill was judged to be a fake bill. 14 . The cash transaction machine according to claim 13 , wherein the presentation unit includes a printing unit that prints on a medium the reason why the currency bill was judged to be a fake bill and a medium delivery unit that delivers the medium to the customer. 15 . The cash transaction machine according to claim 13 , further comprising a serial number recording unit that records the serial number of the currency bill judged to be a fake bill by the discriminating unit, together with the reason why the currency bill was judged to be a fake bill. 16 . The cash transaction machine according to claim 13 , wherein the presentation unit presents to the customer in writing the reason why the currency bill was judged to be a fake bill. 17 . The cash transaction machine according to claim 13 , wherein the presentation unit presents to the customer by means of a predetermined code the reason why the currency bill was judged to be a fake bill. 18 . The cash transaction machine according to claim 1 , further comprising a fake bill receptacle that stores the currency bill judged to be a fake bill by the discriminating unit.
