1 . A food product comprising a neutralized yogurt whey. 2 . The food product according to claim 1 , wherein the food product is a bakery product. 3 . The food product according to claim 1 , wherein the food product is a beverage product. 4 . The food product according to claim 1 , wherein the food product is a snack product. 5 . The food product according to claim 1 , wherein the food product is a confectionery product. 6 . The food product according to claim 1 , wherein the food product is a soup product. 7 . The food product according to claim 1 , wherein the food product is dry meal product. 8 . The food product according to claim 1 , wherein the food product is a dairy product. 9 . A food product comprising yogurt whey, the yogurt whey comprising: a pH of 6.0 or greater; at least 100 mg calcium per 100 grams of yogurt whey; at least 0.5% wt galactose; and at least 10% wt solids. 10 .
