1 . Coated pane with a communication window comprising: a base pane; a metal-containing coating on the base pane; a grid area made of intersecting, de-coated inner gridlines in the metal-containing coating, wherein the grid area has a grid area edge, and the grid area edge has intersecting outer gridlines, wherein the outer gridlines have interruptions increasing in size from an outer edge of the grid area all the way to an end of the grid area edge. 2 . Coated pane according to claim 1 , wherein the outer gridlines include extensions of the inner gridlines. 3 . Coated pane according to claim 2 , wherein the outer gridlines further include gridlines that are arranged parallel to the outermost grid line bordering the grid area. 4 . Coated pane according to claim 1 , wherein the gridlines have a width from 30 μm to 200 μm. 5 . Coated pane according to claim 1 , wherein the gridlines form squares, rhombuses, parallelograms, and/or rectangles. 6 . Coated pane according to claim 1 , wherein the gridlines are from 0.1 mm to 15 mm apart. 7 . Coated pane according to claim 1 , wherein the grid area edge has a width from 1 mm to 30 mm. 8 . Coated pane according to claim 1 , wherein the base pane comprises float glass. 9 . Coated pane according to claim 8 , wherein the inner gridlines and the outer gridlines have an angle of 30° to 60° relative to the float glass production direction of the base pane. 10 . Windshield comprising a coated pane according to claim 1 . 11 . Method for producing a coated pane with a communication window, comprising: providing a base pane is provided with a metal-containing coating, de-coating the metal-containing coating locally with a laser in gridlines to obtain a grid area and a grid area edge, wherein the outer gridlines of the grid area edge have interruptions increasing in size from the grid area all the way to an end of the grid area edge, and the base pane is bent. 12 . Method according to claim 11 , wherein the laser is guided at a speed from 0.100 m/sec to 10 m/sec along the metal-containing coating. 13 . Method according to claim 11 , wherein the laser comprises a carbon dioxide, YAG, Nd-YAG, or diode laser. 14 . Method according to claim 11 , wherein the laser is guided by a plotter. 15 . A method comprising utilizing the coated pane according to claim 1 as architectural, motor vehicle, ship, airplane, helicopter, or train glazing. 16 . Coated pane according to claim 4 , wherein the gridlines have a width from 70 μm to 120 μm. 17 . Coated pane according to claim 6 , wherein the gridlines are from 0.7 mm to 3 mm apart. 18 . Method according to claim 13 , wherein the laser has an output from 0.001 kW to 10 kW. 19 . Method according to claim 15 , wherein the coated pane is a motor vehicle windshield.
