The lighting device disclosed in the embodiment of the invention includes a substrate; a plurality of light emitting devices disposed on the substrate and emitting light in at least a first direction; a resin layer sealing the plurality of light emitting devices; and an optical member disposed on the resin layer, wherein the resin layer may include a first light blocking portion integrally formed with the resin layer and having a transmittance lower than that of the resin layer on an emission-side region of each of the plurality of light emitting devices.

The invention claimed is: 1 . A lighting device comprising: a substrate; a plurality of light emitting devices disposed on the substrate and emitting light in a first direction; a resin layer sealing the plurality of light emitting devices; first light blocking portions disposed on an upper surface of the resin layer; and an optical member disposed on the upper surface of the resin layer and upper surfaces of the first light blocking portions, wherein each of the first light blocking portion has a pattern, wherein at least a portion of the first light blocking portions overlaps at least one of the light emitting devices in a thickness direction of the substrate, wherein an emission surface of each of the light emitting devices is one side, faces a side surface of the resin layer, and emits light with a highest intensity toward the side surface of the resin layer, wherein an upper surface and other sides except for the emission surface of each of the light emitting device are provided with a reflective material and are in direct contact with the resin layer, and wherein each of the first light blocking portions has a first region having a first thickness from the upper surface of the resin layer and a second region having a second thickness thinner than the first thickness from the upper surface of the resin layer. 2 . The lighting device of claim 1 , wherein each of the lighting blocking portions has a shape of a concave lower surface and has a flat upper surface. 3 . The lighting device of claim 1 , wherein each of the first blocking portions has a color different from a color of the resin layer. 4 . The lighting device of claim 1 , wherein the pattern of each of the first light blocking has a dot pattern disposed in a circular shape. 5 . The lighting device of claim 1 , wherein the pattern of each of the first light blocking portions has a ring-shaped pattern. 6 . The lighting device of claim 5 , wherein the pattern of each of the first light blocking portions has a region exposed on the upper surface of the resin layer. 7 . The lighting device of claim 1 , wherein the optical member is bonded to the upper surface of the resin layer. 8 . The lighting device of claim 7 , wherein each of the first light blocking portions is bonded to a lower surface of the optical member. 9 . The lighting device of claim 1 , wherein a difference between transmittance and a reflectance of each of the first light blocking portion is 30% or less. 10 . The lighting device of claim 1 , wherein the upper surfaces of the lighting blocking portion have a horizontal plane. 11 . A lighting device comprising: a substrate; a plurality of light emitting devices disposed on the substrate and emitting light in a side direction; a resin layer sealing the plurality of light emitting devices; a first light blocking portion disposed on an upper surface of the resin layer; and an optical member disposed on the upper surface of the resin layer and an upper surface of the first light blocking portion, wherein the first light blocking portion has a pattern, wherein at least one of the pattern overlaps each of the light emitting devices in a thickness direction of the substrate, wherein the first light blocking portion has a first portion that overlaps at least one of the light emitting devices in a vertical direction and a second portion that does not overlap each of the light emitting devices in the vertical direction, wherein the thickness direction of the substrate is the vertical direction, wherein an emission surface of each of the light emitting devices is one side, faces a side surface of the resin layer, and emits light with a highest intensity toward the side surface of the resin layer, wherein an upper surface and other sides except for the emission surface of each of the light emitting device are provided with a reflective material and are in direct contact with the resin layer, and wherein the first light blocking portion has a first region having a first thickness from the upper surface of the resin layer and a second region having a second thickness thinner than the first thickness from the upper surface of the resin layer. 12 . The lighting device of claim 11 , wherein the first lighting blocking portion has a shape of a concave lower surface and the upper surface having a horizontal plane. 13 . The lighting device of claim 11 , wherein the first blocking portion has a color different from a color of the resin layer. 14 . The lighting device of claim 11 , wherein the pattern of the first light blocking portion has a dot pattern disposed in a circular shape. 15 . The lighting device of claim 11 , wherein the pattern of the first light blocking portion has a ring-shaped pattern. 16 . The lighting device of claim 15 , wherein the pattern of the first light blocking portion has a region exposed on the upper surface of the resin layer. 17 . The lighting device of claim 11 , wherein the optical member is bonded to the upper surface of the resin layer. 18 . The lighting device of claim 17 , wherein the first light blocking portion is bonded to a lower surface of the optical member. 19 . The lighting device of claim 11 , wherein the first lighting blocking portion has a shape of a concave lower surface and the upper surface having a horizontal plane, wherein the first region is a center region of the of the first light blocking portion and the second region of the first light blocking portions is an edge region of the first light blocking portion, and wherein a region having a thickest thickness in the center region is closer to a straight line passing through the emission surface than to a straight line passing through a center of the upper surface of each light emitting device in the vertical direction. 20 . The lighting device of claim 1 , wherein each of the first lighting blocking portions has a shape of a concave lower surface and the upper surface having a horizontal plane, wherein the first region is a center region of the each of the light blocking portions and the second region of each of the light blocking portions is an edge region of each of the light blocking portions, and wherein a region having a thickest thickness in the center region is closer to a straight line passing through the emission surface than to a straight line passing through a center of the upper surface of each light emitting device in the vertical direction.
