What is claimed is: 1. A method of analyzing a sample of a body liquid, the method comprising: providing a cartridge device comprising a first member having a sample chamber and a well containing antibody labeled with labeling substance and being selected to specifically bind to a target substance in the body liquid, and a second member, connected to said first member, and having a compartment holding a disposable pipette tip; loading the sample to said sample chamber of said cartridge device; connecting said disposable pipette tip to a pipette; binding said labeled antibody to said target substance by aspirating a portion of said sample from said sample chamber into said pipette tip, and aspirating said labeled antibody from said well into said pipette tip; and detecting said target substance in said pipette tip by introducing said pipette tip to an analyzer configured to detect said labeling substance. 2. The method of claim 1 , wherein said second member is hingedly connected to said first member in a manner that when said first member and said second member are held horizontally, said pipette tip is also horizontal, and when said second member is rotated downwards relative to said horizontally held first member, said compartment of said second member holds said pipette tip in an upright orientation. 3. The method of claim 1 , wherein said second member is slideably connected to said first member in a manner that said second member is configured to slide over said first member from a state in which said second member covers or partially covers said first member, to a state in which said second member exposes said well. 4. The method according to claim 1 , comprising orienting said first member so that said pipette tip in said compartment assumes an upright orientation. 5. The method according to claim 1 , wherein said detecting said target substance comprises applying an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), wherein said labeling substance is an enzyme, and wherein said antibody and said enzyme are selected for detecting said target substance by said ELISA. 6. The method according to claim 1 , wherein said antibody is selected to specifically bind to a protein selected from a group consisting of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) Related Apoptosis Inducing Ligand (TRAIL) protein, C-reactive protein (CRP) and Interferon gamma-induced protein 10 (IP-10). 7. The method according to claim 1 , wherein said antibody is selected to specifically bind to a protein selected from a group consisting of: Procalcitonin (PCT), Interleukin-6 (IL-6), B-type Natriuretic Peptide (BNP), Troponin, Troponin I, Troponin T, High sensitive Troponin, High sensitive C-reactive protein (CRP), Interleukin-1 Receptor Antagonist (IL1RA), Creatine Kinase B-type (CKB), Radical S-Adenosylmethionine-Dependent nucleotide dehydratase 2 (RSAD2), MX Dynamin Like GTPase 1 (MX1), Triggering Receptor Expressed on Myeloid Cells 1 (TREM-1), Parathyroid Hormone (PTH) and Ubiquitin C-terminal Hydrolase-L1 (UCH-L1). 8. The method according to claim 1 , wherein said first member also comprises an additional well containing an additional antibody, selected to specifically bind to said target substance, and being immobilized on a solid magnetic carrier, wherein the method comprises: aspirating also said additional antibody to said pipette tip, and applying a magnetic field to said pipette tip so as to separate said solid magnetic carrier thereby also said target substance from components of said body liquid other than said target substance. 9. The method according to claim 8 , wherein said detecting said target substance comprises applying an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), wherein said labeling substance is an enzyme, and wherein said additional antibody and said enzyme are selected for detecting said target substance by said ELISA. 10. The method according to claim 8 , wherein said additional antibody is selected to specifically bind to a protein selected from a group consisting of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) Related Apoptosis Inducing Ligand (TRAIL) protein, C-reactive protein (CRP), and Interferon gamma-induced protein 10 (IP-10). 11. The method according to claim 8 , wherein said additional antibody is selected to specifically bind to a protein selected from a group consisting of: Procalcitonin (PCT), Interleukin-6 (IL-6), B-type Natriuretic Peptide (BNP), Troponin, Troponin I, Troponin T, High sensitive Troponin, High sensitive C-reactive protein (CRP), Interleukin-1 Receptor Antagonist (IL1RA), Creatine Kinase B-type (CKB), Radical S-Adenosylmethionine-Dependent nucleotide dehydratase 2 (RSAD2), MX Dynamin Like GTPase 1 (MX1), Triggering Receptor Expressed on Myeloid Cells 1 (TREM-1), Parathyroid Hormone (PTH) and Ubiquitin C-terminal Hydrolase-L1 (UCH-L1). 12. The method according to claim 8 , wherein said magnetic field is applied so as to attract the solid magnetic carrier to a wall of said pipette tip, and the method comprises operating said pipette to release a waste material from said pipette tip. 13. The method according to claim 1 , wherein said pipette tip contains an additional antibody immobilized on a solid magnetic carrier, and wherein the method comprises: binding said additional antibody to said target substance by transferring to said pipette tip also said additional antibody; and applying a magnetic field to said pipette tip so as to separate said solid magnetic carrier thereby also said target substance from components of said body liquid other than said target substance. 14.
