What is claimed is: 1. A lens driving device comprising: a base; a housing disposed on the base; a bobbin disposed in the housing; a magnet and a first coil configured to move the bobbin with respect to the housing in a direction of an optical axis; a bearing disposed between the base and the housing; an upper elastic member coupled with the housing and the bobbin; a lower elastic member disposed between the base and the housing; and a support elastic member disposed between the lower elastic member and the base, wherein the bearing is disposed between the support elastic member and the base, and wherein each of the upper elastic member, the lower elastic member and the support elastic member is directly coupled with the housing. 2. The lens driving device of claim 1 , wherein at least a portion of the support elastic member is disposed perpendicular to the optical axis. 3. The lens driving device of claim 1 , further comprising a base unit comprising the base and a first substrate electrically connected with the support elastic member. 4. The lens driving device of claim 3 , wherein the lower elastic member comprises a first coupling portion coupled with the bobbin, a second coupling portion coupled with a lower surface of the housing, a first connecting portion connecting the first coupling portion and the second coupling portion, a third coupling portion coupled with the base unit, and a second connecting portion connecting the second coupling portion and the third coupling portion. 5. The lens driving device of claim 4 , wherein the second connecting portion of the lower elastic member is spaced apart from the upper elastic member. 6. The lens driving device of claim 4 , wherein the second connecting portion of the lower elastic member elastically connects the second coupling portion of the lower elastic member and the third coupling portion of the lower elastic member. 7. The lens driving device of claim 3 , wherein the support elastic member comprises a support portion coupled with the housing, and an extension portion connecting the support portion and a portion coupled with the base unit. 8. The lens driving device of claim 3 , further comprising a position sensor configured to sense the bobbin. 9. The lens driving device of claim 8 , wherein the position sensor is electrically connected with the first substrate. 10. The lens driving device of claim 1 , wherein the bearing is configured to guide a movement of the housing in a direction perpendicular to the optical axis. 11. The lens driving device of claim 1 , wherein the bearing comprises four bearings. 12. A camera module comprising: a printed circuit board; an image sensor disposed on the printed circuit board; the lens driving device of claim 1 disposed on the printed circuit board; and a lens coupled with the lens driving device. 13. An optical apparatus: a main body; the camera module of claim 12 disposed on the main body; and a display panel disposed on the main body and configured to output an image photographed by the camera module. 14. The lens driving device of claim 1 , wherein the lower elastic member is not electrically connected with the support elastic member. 15. The lens driving device of claim 1 , further comprising a second coil configured to move the housing with respect to the base in a direction perpendicular to the optical axis. 16. The lens driving device of claim 1 , wherein the lower elastic member is overlapped with the bearing in in a direction perpendicular to the optical axis. 17. A lens driving device comprising: a base; a cover disposed on the base and comprising an upper plate and a lateral plate; a housing disposed between the base and the cover; a bobbin disposed in the cover; a magnet and a first coil configured to move the bobbin in a direction of an optical axis; a bearing disposed between the base and the housing; an upper elastic member coupled with the housing and the bobbin; a lower elastic member disposed between the base and the housing; and a support elastic member disposed between the lower elastic member and the base, wherein the bearing is disposed between the support elastic member and the base, and wherein the lower elastic member and support elastic member are formed as separate members, and wherein each of the upper elastic member, the lower elastic member and the support elastic member is directly coupled with the housing. 18. The lens driving device of claim 17 , further comprising a position sensor configured to sense the bobbin. 19. The lens driving device of claim 18 , further comprising a first substrate electrically connected with the support elastic member, wherein the position sensor is electrically connected with the first substrate. 20. The lens driving device of claim 17 , wherein the bearing comprises four bearings.
