Embodiments provide a lens moving apparatus including a first magnet, a housing, a bobbin, around which a coil is wound and which moves in a first direction in the housing, an upper elastic member disposed on upper surfaces of the bobbin and the housing, a lower elastic member disposed under lower surfaces of the bobbin and the housing, and a damping member disposed between the upper or lower elastic member and the bobbin.

What is claimed is: 1. A lens moving apparatus comprising: a cover member; a housing disposed in the cover member; a bobbin disposed in the housing and configured to move in an optical axis direction; a first magnet disposed on the housing; a coil disposed on the bobbin and facing the first magnet; an elastic member comprising an upper elastic member and a lower elastic member, wherein the upper elastic member comprises an inner frame coupled to an upper portion of the bobbin, an outer frame coupled to an upper portion of the housing, and a connector connecting the inner and outer frames thereof, and the lower elastic member comprises an inner frame coupled to a lower portion of the bobbin, an outer frame coupled to a lower portion of the housing, and a connector connecting the inner and outer frames thereof; and a damping member disposed on the connector of at least one of the upper elastic member and the lower elastic member, wherein the first magnet comprises a first magnet unit disposed on a first side wall of the housing and a second magnet unit disposed on a second side wall of the housing, wherein the lower elastic member comprises a first lower elastic member and a second lower elastic member spaced apart from each other, wherein the damping member is disposed between the bobbin and one portion of the connector of the upper elastic member, and wherein the one portion of the connector is spaced apart from the housing and from the inner frame of the upper elastic member. 2. The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the damping member is spaced apart from the housing. 3. The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the damping member is spaced apart from the inner frame and the outer frame of the upper elastic member. 4. The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the first lower elastic member is electrically connected with one end of the coil, and the second lower elastic member is electrically connected with the other end of the coil. 5. The lens moving apparatus according to claim 4 , wherein the first lower elastic member and the second lower elastic member are electrically connected with the circuit board. 6. The lens moving apparatus of claim 1 , comprising a base disposed below the bobbin and coupled to the cover member. 7. The lens moving apparatus of claim 1 , comprising: a second magnet coupled with the bobbin; a circuit board disposed in the cover member; and a position sensor disposed at a position corresponding to the second magnet, wherein the first magnet comprises a first magnet unit disposed on the first side wall of the housing and a second magnet unit disposed on the second side wall of the housing, and wherein the position sensor is electrically coupled with the circuit board. 8. The lens moving apparatus of claim 7 , wherein the second magnet is disposed on a side of the bobbin corresponding to a third side wall of the housing, and wherein the position sensor is configured to detect the second magnet. 9. The lens moving apparatus of claim 8 , wherein the position sensor is disposed on one surface of the circuit board facing the bobbin. 10. The lens moving apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the damping member is attached to the bobbin and to the one portion of the connector of the upper elastic member. 11. The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the damping member comprises photo-curable resin. 12. The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the connector of the upper elastic member is bent at least one time to form a predetermined pattern. 13. The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the damping member comprises a plurality of damping members disposed on the connector of the upper elastic member. 14. The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the damping member is disposed to be adjacent to a corner of the housing. 15. The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the circuit board comprises a plurality of terminals through which external power is supplied. 16. The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the bobbin comprises a boss formed on the bobbin, and the damping member is disposed on the boss of the bobbin. 17. A camera apparatus comprising: the lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 ; a lens; and an image sensor. 18. A lens moving apparatus comprising: a housing comprising first and second side walls opposite to each other and a third side wall disposed between the first side wall and the second side wall; a bobbin disposed in the housing and configured to move in an optical axis direction; a first magnet comprising a first magnet unit disposed on the first side wall of housing and a second magnet unit disposed on the second side of the housing; a coil disposed on the bobbin and facing the first magnet; an elastic member comprising a lower elastic member coupled to a lower portion of the bobbin and an upper elastic member coupled to an upper portion of the bobbin, wherein each of the upper elastic member and the lower elastic member comprises an inner frame coupled to the bobbin, an outer frame coupled to the housing, and a connector connecting the inner frame and the outer frame; and a damping member disposed on a portion of the connector of at least one of the lower elastic member and the upper elastic member, wherein the lower elastic member comprises a first lower elastic member and a second lower elastic member spaced from each other, wherein the damping member is disposed between the bobbin and one portion of the connector of the upper elastic member, and wherein the one portion of the connector is spaced apart from the housing and from the inner frame of the upper elastic member. 19. The lens moving apparatus according to claim 18 , comprising: a circuit board disposed on the third side wall of the housing; a position sensor disposed on the circuit board; and a second magnet coupled with the bobbin and disposed opposite to the position sensor, wherein the first lower elastic member and the second lower elastic member are electrically connected with the circuit board. 20. A lens moving apparatus comprising: a housing comprising first and second side walls opposite to each other and a third side wall disposed between the first side wall and the second side wall; a bobbin disposed in the housing and configured to move in an optical axis direction; a first magnet comprising a first magnet unit disposed on the first side wall of housing and a second magnet unit disposed on the second side of the housing; a coil disposed on the bobbin and facing the first magnet; an elastic member comprising a lower elastic member coupled to a lower portion of the bobbin and an upper elastic member coupled to an upper portion of the bobbin, wherein each of the upper elastic member and the lower elastic member comprises an inner frame coupled to the bobbin, an outer frame coupled to the housing, and a connector connecting the inner frame and the outer frame; and a damping member disposed on a portion of the connector of at least one of the lower elastic member and the upper elastic member, wherein the lower elastic member comprises a first lower elastic member and a second lower elastic member spaced from each other, wherein the first lower elastic member is electrically connected with one end of the coil, and the second lower elastic member is electrically connected with the other end of the coil, wherein the damping
